this ep. took forever to be subbed omg. maybe the next ep. will be more balanced i know there was a lot of tae in this one.
fwany/hwanhee? used to be so lil now she and seo are the same height. it's so cute. i love seo's playfulness. she's really cool tbh and really came into her own. i love it.
the studio scenes w/ tae really struck me for some reason? i think the line about the studio not being hers was rly interesting to me. i want to see what she'd be capable of if she had control over her own project. and yes... she's overexposed. so not in the forseeable future. maybe in the later part of this decade. or post-sm.
she's so bloody introspective and her interests really reflect that. nail art, art gallery..? it's cool to see her and hear her thoughts. because i genuinely identify with her and adore her. i can see why her depression talk can be alienating to people. but it's really comforting to me.
that apology too... came out of nowhere and genuinely scared me. especially since it's so vague. i wish from now on she'd show her reflection with a renewed attitude and presentation. not apologise all the time. it'll stop seeming sincere after a while.
that's it.
i'm not sure what the consensus is on this show. a lot of people find it boring? it's interesting to see their dynamic and i feel like it makes sense to end the show sooner rather than later. there's only so much material they can provide. i think the bulk of what the show can provide is done...
I adore seeing seohyun with her school/childhood friends. It's fun to see her in that environment in comparison to seeing her interact with her unnies.
taeyeon is such an interesting person. I love how she is really into art. One day I would love to just sit down and have a conversation with her.
also slightly OT, but I saw this and squealed. http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/k-town/6258759/gimme-five-girls-generations-seohyuns-favorite-broadway-musicals
I love my bb's love for musicals and she has good taste especially since I just saw wicked and it was amazing.
I liked this episode, especially Taeyeon's part. She has really deep thoughts about everything and I can relate to that? Idk. I do really feel like she wants to graduate from being an idol and do other things with her life.
Taeyeon is so raw, she's not artificial like many idols... i love how real she is, she's so relatable that it seems so weird to see a korean celebrity and an idol at that be so honest and open! I respect her for that, god knows how difficult it is to express that!
Taeyeon's parts really struck a cord with me, especially towards the end. Honestly, she's the idol that I can most relate to and I love that she doesn't put up this "idol life is perfect" image.
Overall, I'm loving this show. Although, I can see how some people could find it boring but I enjoy these types of laid-back shows more than the in-your-face, laugh-now variety shows that are so prevalent in Korea.
