Julien Kang Found Drunk and Passed Out on Street Wearing Underwear

A video of Julien Kang getting arrested has been revealed.

On September 25, Suseo Police Station revealed that Julien Kang was found passed out on the street of Yeoksam-dong clad in just his underwear at around 3 a.m. (KST) on September 18.

It has been reported that he drank with his acquaintances from the night before until early morning the next day and passed out after wandering around about 1 kilometer away from his house.

On September 25, YTN unveiled the video showing Julien Kang getting arrested. In the video, Julien Kang is seen wearing underwear and getting into the police car led by the police. watch it here

The police reported that no drug components were found after a temporary inspection and in order to receive an accurate analysis, they have requested National Institute for Scientific Investigation for a detailed drug identification.

this seems kinda ridiculous to me. stumbling around half dressed and passing out in the middle of the road is nbd /only/ when the person doing it is under the influence of one drug but not another (yes, alcohol is a drug)

Wow. I find Korea's drinking culture very odd. Not just because I don't drink at all, and wouldn't, but the negative affects of drinking seem to rarely make the news. The affect of heavy drinking on the body, alcoholism, etc. (do they even acknowledge this in Korea?) rarely shows up in the kdramas I watch or shows, with the exception of drunk driving. (Even though I've seen a number of people in the business who must be alcoholics based on their consumption levels they've admitted to, and how it has negatively affected their lives)

I don't find it cute or funny that he's wandering around in his undies. He could have presented a hazard to other people, especially drivers and of course to himself.

Ouch, silly boy, BTDT had the ultimate embarrassment, I have never drunk much at all, one night when I was much younger I went to a party and had more drinks than I care to think about, so much so that I woke up the next morning in the bed of some random dude I didn't know in a place about 200kms away from where the party was!

I was super lucky in two regards, 1) that we didn't have a bloody car crash getting from the party to where this guy lived, because he was super drunk as well, and 2) he was super drunk as well and we both just fell asleep before anything that I could regret happened.

I never got drunk again ever after that, I heard details of things I did at that party that STILL make me cringe some 30 years later.
