(CEO's signature)

Four hours following his last set of tweets, ZE:A’s leader Lee Hoo, or Moon Junyoung, completed another set of tweets, albeit with what seems like a different tone than those from the last 24 hours.

In the early morning of September 22nd around 6:51AM KST, he wrote:

This is ZE:A’s Moon Junyoung.

First, I would like to apologize for the flow [of tweets] during the day today. The CEO and I finished our conversation awhile ago, and I’m very thankful that my feelings were heard. I’d like to express my thanks to the CEO, who listened to my sincere words and cared for them.

I wanted my fans, the public, to know about the CEO who is being scorned right now. But, now that I have revealed everything.. it feels empty. Look everyone.. it’s a family feud between me and our CEO. The fact that there are other companies that might be worse.. I don’t want my CEO to be left alone [in the industry].

Now that we have our company’s attention, I’ll keep fighting, if only for other celebrities. If you are a real [man] and CEO, it is your duty to not stand on the sidelines and watch these feuds, but to join and protect [the artists].

I will now protect ZE:A and Star Empire’s Shin Joohak CEO. Especially, I love ZE:A so much. These are not only my thoughts.. Siwan has a schedule but.. Watching a CEO of an entertainment company apologizing and showing us tears made us all want to protect him more.

CEO Shin Joohak told me to be patient.. that’s why I’m not divulging any news. He told me to leave the other agencies alone.. he cried, and he’s a person too.. and he’s a man so that’s why he told me that. Now, when we’re all on the same side, we… sigh.. I’ll be patient. Since our CEO apologized on behalf of the company.

Our CEO, he really protected us and listened to me today. Only we will know what is above this picture.. We all cried a lot today and learned that if we speak our true feelings, things will work out. We saw the tears..

Yeah he can cry all he wants but he'll always be scum to me

I was starting to believe that everything is cool now but someone on netizenbuzz brought up a good point.

"Obviously calling bullshit on this whole thing. He's being silenced. He even said in a tweet before that if he's silent or not furthering the issue then it will be due to outside pressures (i.e. the company). No way something that big can be resolved with good feelings so quickly. Don't be naive and think this is the end."

I really don't trust these tears from the CEO as being sincere.

mte, and because a lot of his tweets have been deleted it makes me even more positive there's more to this. my guesses would be something about separating the group or that to effect all nine of them.

i just hope if the shady side of things really does come to light, people listen, because there are probably gonna be a lot of people saying they're "crying wolf" if this happens again, and i really don't want that.

hopefully they're okay ;;

Yup, the sudden change in tone is really alarming. Or maybe since he got a minor compromise, he's being forced to change his tone so the CEO can do damage control.

truth. i'm still catching up on everything, but yeah. this is not the end. i want to be optimistic and believe that it is. but in the span of a few hours, the CEO is somehow apologetic and changes the contracts?!

unless...in a previous post, Junyoung said that he had a secret that would turn the entire entertainment industry upside down. if that is the case, then i suggest that Junyoung find a safe place, b/c that is one hell of a secret to make the CEO change his ways.

I really hope the CEO isn't just duping him into believing things will be better just so he can quiet all this down ASAP. Like a netizen said "Please remember that people don't easily change, no they don't..." http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.com/2014/09/junyoung-and-star-empire-resolve-their.html

Well that was quick.

I think both sides has dirt on each other, and I wouldn't be surprised if SE threatened him with his members, and everyone knows how much he loves his members and wouldn't want anything happening to them.

This entire scandal is giving me weird vibes.

At first he's insistent on calling out the CEO for the trash he his, and now he's saying he'll protect him? It's weird.
He seemed to have extreme hatred for him, so unless he's not pulling out his cards to protect his members then idk.

(I'm extremely curious as to what dirt he has on the companies. The CEO was begging and crying over it, so it must be huge.)

In having been through/seen situations like these frequently, they've silenced him for now and this is an attempt to calm things down/get the situation under control. For the moment they have appeased him to keep him quiet (opening conversations, apologizing, etc.) but these are just tools of manipulation and control. Just a sad situation all around... :(

Abusive people tend to get like that, though. Crying, "I'll never do it again" etc. but they haven't really changed.

This. Classic abuser tactic. "Oh why are you so mean to me, look, I'm crying, maybe *you're* the abuser..."

I don't doubt the company silenced him but I think he's holding on to one hell of trump that will to make sure he and the others are somewhat safe from being fucked over by the company again in the near future. I also think he's holding something over the CEO's, mangers, etc. heads, so they have no choice but to play nice. I am curious if he has anything else on other companies.

Does anyone know why Minwoo was hospitalized and given IV treatment either the first part of this month or sometime last month?

I only found it out because of a French ZE:A fan page I follow on facebook. They posted a picture that he had tweeted of his arm hooked up to an IV drip while he was laying down.

I just wish somebody else was in the know, it makes me scared for him to know he's just this kid on his own with a terrible secret that rich, powerful people with connections to the underground don't want him to spill. Like, that's a film plot right there, and we know what usually happens in those cases.

Date: 2014-09-22 11:53 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] obviousgirl.livejournal.com
We have to remember he's not a kid, he's a 25 year-old young adult. I doubt he's the only one who knows about whatever trump card he's got up his sleeve. The other members aren't going to leave him high and dry they're going to stand by him and fight till they get a fair situation, contract, treatment, etc. We just have to hope that SE holds up their end of the deal and isn't stupid enough to try to cross them again. I truly hope things are better for all 9 of them now; but we just have to wait and see. We also need to remember this is only a cease-fire, the war isn't over and ZE:A hasn't surrendered and most likely won't.

Ah, of course I know he's not a kid, he's actually a smidgen older than me, in this David & Goliath situation it's just hard to think of him as anything but the underdog. He's got the trump card and hopefully the back-up of his friends, but powerful and corrupt businessmen with shady pasts, those kind of people give me the shivers because they're so used to getting away with everything, and who knows what the CEO will come up with.

Sorry this is coming off rambly, I'm on painkillers, but I didn't mean to downplay his maturity calling him "kid", I tend to do that a lot for some reason.

This entire situation stinks. I feel like there's a lot happening behind the scenes beyond what Junyoung is letting us know and that we should all continue to be on the alert in support of him and the rest of ZE:A. If his coup of the company really went so smoothly, good for him, but for this to suddenly come out of the blue feels a lot like outside manipulation. Hopefully the info he's using to blackmail the CEO is enough to protect him and the rest of the members... but I have a bad feeling...

This is so suspect. There is no part of me that believes any kind of meaningful dialog was had, or that any tears shed on the part of the CEO were worth anything. Seems all like fake cover up BS and I worry about what was said/done to get him to make a post like this and suddenly want to protect~ the CEO or wtf ever. Just seems gross and worrisome.

Good damage control by the company? Since the tweet looks it could be written by him and kinda solve whatever misunderstanding between them. But I dont think many believe it is solved as its weird to have him outrage with lots of very alarming message and the next one having him said he will protect the same man behind his misery.

'He told me to leave the other agencies alone..'

I'm interested with this sentence since it seemed that he may have dirts on other entertainment agencies as well.

He is legit one of Korea's finest actors. How he turn a romantic comedy role into such a memorable and unforgettable one just impressed me so much! ♥

He always been a great actor (well, The Slave Hunter practically proved it lol) but in FTLY he just proved how great is his acting skills since he even nailed crazy and hilarious character like Gun. He made me laugh so much in the drama (and cry! T.T) I didn't even believe it myself.

Many people (including me) hated the laugh in the beginning but later we all addicted to it! XD~ Being a fan of him is easy since he always chose good project to act so you rarely get disappointed. :D I'm hoping he will pick up another historical piece after this -- like playing a king this time around? 8D

I dislike Thorn since its disturbing. I mean I dont think I can ever watch Jo Boah in anything anymore. Despite many people love Surplus Princess, I dont think I can watch the drama solely because I cant shed that creepy image from her. I mean, I like to see Jang Hyuk act in miserable and vulnerable character like in the movie but I didnt exactly enjoy the story or the plot. ;~; Meanwhile The Flu is a really good and awesome movie. Go watch it if you still haven't. It probably his highest grossing movie in Korea.

You just got to watch Slave Hunter asap. His portrayal there is really amazing. There's this one scene where he use the bow and arrow to shoot the 2nd guy and his expression there is golden -- the way he smirked and his expression at that time is really something. I thought that his portrayal as Daegil is truly his best performance of his career. So, the Daesang really went to the right winner when he won it back in 2010. :3

Yeah he won lots of acting awards for The Slave Hunter. He even got a daesang for that role which is the highest acting award there is. You will understand why when you watch that drama since he is simply breathtaking. However, although it is a very good drama, the writer is very cruel and you heart will ache a looooot like a loooooooot. I think my heart just ached so much when i watched that drama that I cant shed anymore tears lol.

I watched the flu because of jang hyuk but the little girl stole my heart! My goodness, she and jang hyuk had so much chemistry together. It is kind as amazing as his chemistry with jang nara tbh. :D Really, jang hyuk and lil kids are the best. ♥ and I like the filipino boy. He is one of the clever people in the movie since he covers his mouth when he cough. Thats the most basic thing you should do if you are sick.

seriously praying for ze:a. think about all of the projects they've been in. the dramas. seriously from kwanghee, siwan & hyungshik alone, they should have a good chunk of their debts paid off. this is sickening and sad. and to think that they might have been through even more than what he wrote here?!?!

God bless them all <3

So basically the company has taken over his social media accounts, right? Why else would all those previous tweets be deleted?
