Why is Jewelry’s Seo In Young crying?

Seo In Young, member of female group Jewelry recently cried on her cable reality show, Seo In Young's Brand New Friend. The show is not too different from Paris Hilton's show New BFF where the objective is for Seo In Young to try to find a friend that she can connect with.

In the latest episode of her show, she cried with the final three contestants that were left. She expressed how hard it is for her to pick people to eliminate. She sees how many people want to be her friend and having to kick those people off the show makes it very hard for her. She also doesn't want people to think she's treating people like objects / animals by picking who she wants. The contestants that are left expressed how they feel about Seo In Young's tears. The leftover contestants felt bad because they didn't know Seo In Young has been going through so much on the decision. But that wasn't all Seo In Young was crying about.





Her second reason for tears starts with a scandal.
In a recent interview with a newspaper, Seo In Young was questioned about her scandal with Kim Ju Chan who is a Korean baseball player. She said, "I don't know where it came from. When that scandal got out, I was so shocked that I cried. I found it so unfair and it came out of nowhere. I'm the type of person who will admit when I'm dating and who I'm dating to the public. I have no relation to Kim Ju Chan. I hate that people think they can make up things about me because I'm famous.

She continued to express her feelings by saying, "I was mad at the reporters for writing about it but I got even more angry seeing netizens comment and make up even more lies about a fake relationship between me and Kim Ju Chan. I was speechless. People have no idea what they're talking about yet they keep making up lies, that's what makes me so disappointed."

The scandal was blown out of proportion when Seo In Young and Kim Ju Chan met at an engagement party with many other people and later on they revealed that they're simply fans of each other.

Now, Seo In Young is concentrating on Jewelry's 6th album, Sophisticated.

I think this shows a new side to Seo In Young. She may come off a little harsh and stubborn to people but she has a emotional side and she cares about the people around her.
