2014-09-12 02:58 pmB.I Confesses He Was Depressed for 2 Months After Losing ‘WIN’

B.I confessed how he felt after losing the competition on WIN: Who Is Next.
During the first episode of Mnet’s new survival program Mix & Match, B.I started, “My dream of becoming a singer hasn′t changed so I will work harder and develop myself so that the six of us can stand up again under the new group name other than team B.”
B.I then confessed, “After WIN ended, I was constantly depressed for two months. I wanted to perform on stage. I couldn’t forget the ecstasy of being on stage so I wanted to perform even on a small stage. But since there was no stage for me to be on, I struggled a lot.”
About what has changed since the end of WIN, Kim Jin Hwan shared, “I think my desire to debut has become more ardent,” while Song Yoon Hyung said, “B.I struggled the most (after WIN ended). That’s how he was able to write a better song.”
B.I then revealed, “After we lost the competition, there was no assurance on the fate of our team or when we would be able to debut so as the leader, I thought the only thing I could do to protect the team was to write a good song.”
About B.I, YG’s Yang Hyun Suk said, “He exceeds my expectation. All the Big Bang members and the producers like B.I. He has the leadership skills to lead a team and writes songs that exceeds my expectation so I’m expecting a lot from him.”
YG Trainee Jung Chan Woo in ‘Mix & Match’ Previously Acted as Young Lee Min Ho

YG Entertainment’s new trainee Jung Chan Woo’s profile has been unveiled.
During the first episode of Mnet’s new survival program Mix & Match aired on September 11, Yang Hyun Suk gathered Win team B members and announced that three new trainees will be joining before the survival program begins.
As the second trainee to be introduced, Jung Chan Woo said, “I started acting when I was in second grade in elementary school.”
Jung Chan Woo acted as young Lee Min Ho in KBS 2TV’s Boys Over Flowers and SBS’s The Heirs and he also acted as young Shin Hyeon Jun in SBS’s Cain and Able.
Jung Chan Woo said, “The first concert that I ever went to was Big Bang’s concert. That’s when I thought, ‘what if I danced and sang up there too.’ I always thought I want to be a singer. I’m still lacking in skills but I want to improve myself and work hard in order to win the competition.”
Yang Hyun Suk said, “These two trainees joined after WIN ended so it has only been two months since they started practicing. I’ve been watching them practicing every week and they’ve been improving quickly. I don’t think individual ability is the most important element for team B right now. The key point is to see how well these two will adapt to iKON and collaborate with others. I think it’s another great opportunity to test B.I’s leadership skills. I would like to test B.I, Bobby and Kim Jin Hwan’s abilities.”

Date: 2014-09-12 03:06 pm (UTC)They've only been trainees for two months? There is no time to improve them...what are you doing YG? The filming started in May so they have 3 months prior to show to improve I guess
When he said he wanted to test BI's leadership skills and see how BI, Bobby, and Jinhwan would guide the dongsaengs I wanted to punch him *smh*

Date: 2014-09-12 08:25 pm (UTC)And YG can get so inconsistent in his info. other sources say that Jinhyeong's been there since 2012 soooo yeah. -_____- tbh, he's a drama queen who likes to say whatever sounds most shocking...

Date: 2014-09-12 06:28 pm (UTC)YG, like CUBE, should provide counselling services for their artists and trainees. (every agency should, actually)
My theory with Chanwoo: he's a hired extra, this is his 'acting' job atm lol.

Everyone's described as like "the rapper, the song writer, the one with the sweet/powerful/smooth voice" and or Chanwoo, they're just like "the actor" haha.
