MBLAQ’s Mir Reveals His Special Connection with His Ultimate Idol Group g.o.d
It’s no secret that he’s the biggest g.o.d fanboy, but MBLAQ’s Mir shared even more intimate details of his connection with his favorite group of all time.
On September 12, Mir appeared on MBC’s Star Gazing as a panelist for the g.o.d and 2PM special. On the show, Mir proved himself as a g.o.d fan, reciting all of g.o.d songs and explaining what crazy things he’s done in the past for his favorite group.
Mir then revealed that his older sister was a huge g.o.d fan as well, and she asked Ko Eun A to get g.o.d tickets for her. “The manager who came out to give the concert tickets met eyes with my older sister, and they ended up getting married with Kim Tae Woo singing the celebratory song at the wedding,” said Mir, as Kim Tae Woo nodded his head. “My company CEO is my brother-in-law and former manager of g.o.d.”
Hearing all of this for the first time, Park Joon Hyung exclaimed, “You mean that was your sister?” making everyone in the studio laugh.
Mir added that if it wasn’t for g.o.d, he wouldn’t have become a MBLAQ member and he would instead be feeding cows on a farm.
MBLAQ Mir Thought He Would Marry g.o.d′s Yoon Kye Sang or Son Ho Young
Being the biggest g.o.d fanboy, MBLAQ′s Mir confessed that he thought he could marry g.o.d′s Yoon Kye Sang or Son Ho Young.
On the September 11 broadcast of MBC′s Star Gazing, Mir shared his affections towards g.o.d, especially Yoon Kye Sang and Son Ho Young during the g.o.d-2PM special.
"When I was young, I was a fan of both Yoon Kye Sang and Son Ho Young. They were called the Ho-Sang couple. When I was young, I thought that I would end up getting married either one of them," shared Mir, making everyone laugh.
"Back then, the trend was to create couples between the male members," said Kim Tae Woo. Mir then added, "Danny hyung and Kim Tae Woo hyung were the Dan-Woo couple."
"Park Joon Hyung was the only one who was alone. It was probably because he was dating at the time," explained Kim Tae Woo, referring to Park Joon Hyung′s relationship with Han Go Eun in the past.
Hearing this, Park Joon Hyung because surprised, shouting, "Why do you have to bring that up?"
g.o.d Once Spent 200 Million Won on Food in 8 Months
g.o.d′s Kim Tae Woo revealed that during g.o.d days, 200 million won was once spent in eight months just on food.
On September 11′s broadcast of MBC′s Star Gazing, Kim Tae Woo shared this past story during the g.o.d-2PM special.
"At the time, g.o.d sold 2 million albums, but the agency told us not to eat more than 5,000 won each. So the agency that suffered due to this problem was JYP," explained Kim Tae Woo. "After our contract with JYP ended, we signed with Sidus and put in the contract not to say anything about food."
Son Ho Young added, "We had so much sorrow over food that we added that condition into the contract, but they didn′t know how much food we would eat."
"After the broadcasts, we would bring all the dancers and staff to our dorm and eat. We did that every day. Because of the all-you-can-eat condition in our contract, our CEO finally ended up calling us. He got angry and said, ′Stop stuffing your faces. How can you spend 200 million won in eight months on food?′ After that, even Park Joon Hyung couldn′t say anything."
"I thought I heard wrong," said Park Joon Hyung. "It wasn′t even 20 million won, but 200 million won. So after that, we were more careful."
Meanwhile, MBLAQ′s Mir proved to be g.o.d fanboy, revealing that he even thought about marrying Son Ho Young when he was young. 2PM also performed its new song Go Crazy on the show, while old videos of Taecyeon went on air.

And I remember Mir's mom telling part of that story on some variety MBlaq was on once. I just remember her commenting something about being surprised he wasn't so terrible at rapping and dancing lol
200mil Won is like $200,000 right? Well if you're ordering in, and you're ordering for all of your staff everyday as well, I can see how that would happen in 8 months. Still lol don't any SK restaurants have a $1 menu or something?

The 2pm fangirl complaining about people thinking Suzy earns the most in jyp even hough her oppa earns more was so cute lol and i saw taecyeon nodding in the corner when someone from god asked them if they did in fact earn more.
