You should check out these links (the video doesn't work anymore though).
Gag Concert made a blackface skit (not even to mention they even wore tribal clothes) Sam was there at that time. He went backstage, told them off for their skit, saying it's wrong and apparently also asked for an apology.

Based on the Real Men episodes shot in the Philippines, the korean government seems to be helping out the Filipino soldiers who served in the war by building them homes.
