4Minute’s “For Muzik” is a Big Hit!

Although 4Minute was hit with unfortunate events such as a ban from KBS. All of that doesn't seem to matter anymore, because their first mini-album sales are experiencing explosive sales.

4Minute's first mini-album "For Muzik," has hit the 20,000 mark, in pre-orders only! Although, that was expected, because their songs are so damn sick. My favorite is "I won't give," unfortunate that it was banned, as I would've loved to see them perform that track.

Oh no, I totally love them now. I'm 300 charms percent guilty of not giving them any consideration because of all the ~*drama*~ with the trolls at Omona. I dl'd the mini and it's been in heavy rotation these last couple of days. They are way better than I expected and the production on the album is so good.

There was a post earlier today where the talk of 4minute's physical album release was going to be "competition" for Heartbreaker, etc.... so all the Big Bang in this post is for the lulz.

As much as I like 2NE1, I feel like 4Minute's debut mini-album is what 2NE1's should have been. Slow songs are all nice and fine, but I was just expecting as much ~EXPLOSIVE-NESS~ from 2NE1...and they didn't deliver, but 4Minute surprisingly did.

I think For Muzik has a very YG feel to it though. I can't explain it. Espeically "For Muzik (Intro)" and "I Won't Give". I hope their performances can live up to the mini-album, which I feel is quite good.

Oh, and I just want to add that 4Minute's team is rather smart in changing up 4Minute's wardrobe/look for this album. I'm usually in the music for the music, but I will be the first to RAISE THE ROOF regarding 4Minute's new style concept. It's so much better now, and they're starting to look like they're actually serious about making it big in the industry.

It's smart because that was one of the biggest reasons people were turned off, and the production team zero'd in on that and fixed it. A+, Cube. A+. I wish 2NE1's stylist (GD's friend...Seung Ho?) would be fired. I want to slap him for most of 2NE1's "I Don't Care" outfits.

Nah, just one of their song 'Won't Give You'. KBS felt that some of the lyrics are inappropriate:
