SM gives explanation for not submitting evidences

SME "Regarding The Evidence That Was To Be Submitted, We Were Only Waiting For Answer From The Courts"

SM Entertainment, the agency that is currently in a dispute with three members of TVXQ, Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and YoungWoong Jaejoong, released a statement on the 31st regarding the agency's decision not to submit any documents for the trial stating that, "We were only waiting for an answer from the Courts."

As soon as the Preservation of Evidence request was accepted, SM Entertainment told the Courts that, "The range of documents requested is too broad and the time to gather them too short," and also requested to the Courts that, "If the Courts narrow the range down to one section or part, we will submit those documents."

A representative of SME stated that, "The reason we haven't submitted any documents relevant to the case yet is because we did not receive an answer from the Courts saying what particular kind of documents we should submit. It is not because we fear that company secrets may be revealed."

The Courts will be receiving documents relevant to this case until they reach a decision next month.

umm, didn't they ask for receipts of income & expenses? from debut year to present day? i don't know how much more specific it can get unless they want every effin date in between written out for them. if so, then by all means let the fans come up with ALL the dates of the comings and goings of the dongbangs. i know they know. and then sm can produce receipts for those dates.

or better yet, the court just needs to sic the cops on over to sm's offices, box that shit up and lug it to the courts like enron or something. i hope the courts slaps sm with a hefty contempt fine for noncompliance.
