And that's a wrap! Thanks for everyone discussing the drama every week!
How did you like the ending?
I loved how they portrayed family in this drama, all the children-parent (in law)-bonding was so good.

And this is the true happy ending of the drama:

IT'S OVEEEERRRRRRR !!!!!

(i literally just finished watching it like 3 minutes ago)

but, such a perfect ending to be honest, it was fitting is the word i would use. if everything went smoothly, it wouldn't be gi tae/jang mi. i'm so happy that the whole cancer plot didn't take a turn downwards for this drama. i'm so happy with how realistic this drama was, the perfect mix of romance, comedy, family and moments of seriousness, all handled very well. the writing was straight-forward and to the point, and the fact that the two leads had such chemistry was more than a bonus. definitely one of my favs this year!

that ending was perfect!!
Also, yessss for girl-power between Gi Tae's mom, grandma and aunt. They were hilarious plotting together and hugging.

I really enjoyed this drama. No major personality switches half way through. The conniving was kept to a minimum and the cute factor was high.

I loved it! I marathon-ed it over the weekend and I enjoyed it so much. I'm sad it's over.
I never watch things live so when I marathon through a drama and it ends I feel such a loss. Like what do I do now?
Yeon Woo Jin and Han Groo did not disappoint me, I knew they would shine together T__T !! And they diiiid! So so so much.
Tvn is having their own awards ceremony so they better get something. They deserve it--the drama was well-received, too! Yay!

They were lovely together and I loved the progression of their relationship.
Loved that Bong Hyang took the house and Grandma and Aunt, too! They were so adorable hugging it out realizing they are ultimately happy together. LOL, Bye Dad. No one needs you.

Yes, to that wedding! That kiss; those smiles. Awwww, precious bbs. Lovely writing with a focus on family. Usually watching K-dramas, it makes me so nervous about people getting married because of family drama but I like that this showed it's just one of those things you'll have to deal with and get through--like living with your own family, lol. Other k-dramas have tried to say that same thing but they write such evil, toxic in-laws you're just sitting there like "why would anyone do this?" so the message fails horribly.
I liked how no one was evil but realistically flawed (except Se Ah who kinda scared me, tho) and Gong Ki Tae's mom reminds me of my mom >_> LOL. She isn't stoic or serious with people I bring home but she's strict and wants the best for me even though she drives me up a wall, sometimes.

Also, I loved all of Joo Jang Mi's outfits. Please pass that wardrobe my way, thank you.

thought the ending was very good and it went with the overall tone of the drama. i was kind of nervous when there were only 10 minutes left and they were fighting lol I still feel uneasy about Han Yeo Reum...I just feel like they kind of shoved him to the side and didn't give him proper closure. I LOVED the scenes with Gi Tae's family making up and excluding the dad...that absolutely needed to happen.

I really liked this drama, I will miss it so much!

The ending was so amusing with the crazy, fighting wedding guests and the rain shower! : D

It was lovely how Jangmi appeared at the doorstep of Gitae's mom with the alcohol and also the scene with Jangmi's mother congratulating Gitae's mother on getting the house after the divorce was one of my favourite scenes!

Oooh, so the weather there probably nice warm, this year's summer was too cold and rainy for my liking here so I don't really have appetite for watermelon now. ;(

I went into this show laughing like crazy and left laughing like crazy. That wedding was the worst nightmare come true, but one that befits this drama. I'm going to miss this. It was my favorite rom com of the year. Props to Han Groo and Yeon Woo Jin, and the writing/directing team.

The only thing is, the conflict between Jang Mi and Gi Tae before their wedding was disappointing. It seemed thrown in for the sake of triggering the wedding chaos. At this point, I would hope that a couple preparing to marry would have enough trust that JM wouldn't be so confused by SeAh's pregnancy. After watching GT turn down SeAh over and over again, I didn't think she would. I know, you can't always be certain or else you'll be deceived, but I didn't think JM would be so quick to believe that. Pre-wedding nerves maybe? GT's conflict was a little more believable.

Besides that, this week's episodes were fantastic, except for JM's mother's future. It was a good way to tie up loose ends, with everyone finally being honest, taking action, and reaching out. JM and GT being there for each other's families is the sweetest thing.
