Team B's new survival show "MIX&MATCH" will air next month + picture of the rumor 3 trainees

Win Team B, the group which finished as the runner-up to Winner on “WIN,” looks set to take part in another survival show, according to a news report. The show will be broadcast by Mnet, and will be entitled “Mix & Match.” The first episode is set to air on September 11, following the conclusion of “Show Me the Money 3."

According to the report, the program will involve all six members of Team B, as well as three more hopeful contestants, competing for the reward of a debut.

Sports DongA quotes an anonymous source as saying, “The show will live up to its title — contestants will be asked to form mixed teams and compete against one another.”

Win Team B previously hinted at a debut, following the group’s performance at “AIA Real Life: Now Festival” alongside other YG Entertainment acts on August 15. The boy band stated, “We are preparing for our debut.” Now, it is unclear exactly what they meant, as it seems to contradict the news of their appearance on a new survival show.

i'll probably only watch for bobby and maybe the three trainees, i hope yoonhyung, donghyuk, and jinhwan leave because they bring nothing. winner stans still trying to justify jinwoo (bless him, i love him, but he's nothing special), i don't think we need more mediocrity.

i know that bobby & bi are basically a guarantee but ugh i hate how they have to go through this again. 3 survival shows and counting.
it seriously sucks for them though cos they've been training/working as a 6 member group and then through this show they have to mix & match with new blood, it'll be mess up the team dynamics (but the new 3, they look hot lol) ahh whatever, good luck to the boys. i hope it all works out.

in my ideal world, bobby & bi would debut as a rap duo and have features ala epik high or jinusean but that won't happen lol

Hmm, I think YG's right of passage for boy groups is to just put them on a survival program. So, it seems to me like he dug up 3 extra trainees for the purpose of Team B's imminent debut. Guards your hearts and don't fall for the 3, ya'll.

If any of the new 3 are strong vocals, he'll just put them with Team B to debut and send the remainder back to the basement. It's too much of a waste to have built Team B's following through both WIN and YG Family shows just to kick them out now, even the useless ones (and as a Team B stan, I say useless with all love). I know some of them want to act, so just debut them and get them some acting gigs since YG's been talking a lot these days about having his idols branch out more. Poor kids. :(

So... YG is getting rid of some trainees already in Team B. It sucks. And BI & Bobby are secured to go through the survival show, lol.
I don't know why he loves survival shows so much. It's horrible for the trainees involved... I haven't watched WIN because of this (watching Hyunseung crying at the end of the BIG BANG show was enough, even while knowing he got himself in Beast and debuted after all) and I won't watch the Team B show.
I know it's a strategy to gather fans, but Team B fans are already there... And he could always release a statement like "member x wanted to act so we got him out of Team B" I don't know why YG has to put the boys in a survival show really

Praying that those three new trainees are good vocalists as Junhoe is the only one who could really sing in Team B (and based on fancams from YG Family tour the situation hasn't changed). So I'm ok if only Bobby, B.I, and Junhoe remain from the original Team B in the end of this show and the group has two or three new vocalists.
