Super Junior Adds One More Concert Day For a Total of 100 ‘Super Shows’

Setting another brilliant record, Super Junior will hit a total of 100 concerts for its Super Show series in September.

On August 20, Super Junior added one more concert for its upcoming Super Show 6 in Seoul. The concert will be taking place on September 19 to 21 at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul.

Since 2008, Super Junior has held 97 Super Show concerts, in and outside of Seoul, gathering more than 1,350,000 fans to see the group perform.

With the upcoming concerts in Seoul on September 21, Super Junior will hit its 100th Super Show.

Ticketing for the September concerts began on August 7, with tickets disappearing as quickly as they appeared.

The September 21 concert ticketing will take place on August 21 at 8PM KST on Gmarket.

It's kind of the "your" part I think... whether it's really implied or not I'll have to take the translator's word for it!

The thing is you don't use '하세요' and include yourself. If he was including himself, he would've probably said '할께요' or '하겠읍니다', which would generally be more like 'we will do well!'. This sounds more like '[you] do well!' (second person, like an imperative sentence). There's no explicit subject but then there rarely is in Korean -- and the conjugation of '하세요' doesn't lend itself to including yourself (which is why '조용히하세요' means 'please be quiet').

I said something elsewhere in this thread about how it might've been a language mistake or an oversight on his part, but '하세요' really isn't particularly difficult or unusual or irregular and at this point (7 years in and out of Korea) I would certainly expect Henry to know how to conjugate in that tense, especially since he only learned how to speak formally in the beginning. I hope it's more an oversight on his point (quick tweet that he didn't think much about).

It's implied (in that there's no explicit subject in his tweet there, but then there rarely is in Korean), but the '하세요' part isn't inclusive. It's just not with a 'we' subject, so the way he's tweeting...sounds like he's not in it.

IDK if Henry meant to say it like that, but by now he has to have a pretty decent grasp on Korean at least, and it's not like the usage of '하세요' is particularly difficult or unusual. It could still have been an accident or oversight and it's probably reaching to jump to those conclusions off of one tweet (unless that calling stuff did happen). Bleh.
