the "dress" in general is unflattering but iu looks kinda cute. i like how her choker matches trim and red lipstick isn't too excessive. it goes really well with green/red ornament.
tiffany on the other side.... i have no idea how but she made this dress look even more tacky than it actually is. but even her airport fashion is questionable so i shouldn't be surprised.

i actually really love both? tiffany's jacket and boots work really well with it, but iu's choker does as well, and it looks really chic on her. i can't choose!
