Eh... kinda disappointing, maybe because I don't understand all of the lyrics and need to wait for a translation first. I'm pretty sure he's just talking about himself, though, and I'm super sick of all these brag tracks.

I like it, again, lol. I don't mind a brag track once in a while. I don't think VJ has a lot of them (but I haven't checked much of his earlier stuff) and his new album seems to be more personal or introspective so this would fit in with that. Brag a bit, V.

I also like YDG in this, lol.

I don't mind a good brag track once in a while if there's something else going for it, too. "Bachelor Born in the Year of the Monkey" is kind of a brag track, but it's also about late bloomers.

I guess when I said I was referring to being sick of brag tracks, I was referring to brag tracks in general, not just VJ's. Like, it seems like every track every artist has put out recently has been either a love song or a brag track. I'm just greedy for more.

Who knows, though... maybe his album will be full of all the other things I'm greedy for.

Hmmm, I feel like it's a summer trend. You release the light stuff that people can just have fun listening to.
I'm sure there will be more variety on the album but for now, I'll enjoy all the fun songs since I really need them, haha.
