“Superstar K2” contestant and artist Park Bo Ram has unveiled how she managed to lose 32 kilograms (70 pounds) while preparing for her debut.

While most idols are hesitant to share their complete diet plan with the public, Park Bo Ram recently uploaded a picture of her diet and workout routine on her SNS. From the meals to the workout breaks, the diet plan confirms that her weight loss has been the outcome of rigorous work.

By following the personalized schedule for around two years, the idol has been able to lose a great amount of weight. When asked about her thoughts on the strict diet, Park Bo Ram said, “It was difficult at first, but after getting used to it, I realized that regular workouts and eating moderately are the gateways to healthy weight loss. Everyone is aware of the know-how. Working out and diet are everything.”

Her diet routine is as follows!

8:00 – 1 tomato, 1 sweet potato (120-150g), 1 chicken breast (100g, both roasting and boiling are fine), salad (cabbage, cucumber, etc. without dressing)

10:00 – workout

12:00 – chicken breast salad, diet drink (with nutrients such as dietary fiber and vitamins)

15:00 – 1 banana, 3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk

18:00 – 1 sweet potato, 1 chicken breast, vegetables

21:00 – 1 banana, 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 3 walnuts

This diet actually seems healthier than the others I've heard kpop idols go for. She's having small meals throughout, you've got protein in there, carbs, vegetables-idk seems pretty good to me although I imagine eating that day in and out would get bland pretty fast

I actually have a meal plan rather similar to this, but rather than the strict sweet potato/chicken breast/egg whites thing I have guidelines eg this much vegetables, this much lean protein etc I also have some whole grains in there too

I also use herbs and spices (fresh is the best because a lot of the dried or powdered ones have added salts) because they greatly increase the taste of the food without adding a ton of calories

Also if plain salad doesn't appeal to you (I have to be in the mood), a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar is ~15 calories (and I don't even use that much)

that's a lot of chicken. I wonder if chicken in Korea is hormone free bc that can't be good to eat that much of it if it isn't. This diet isn't that bad tbh. I would never do it but its better than IU and Dasom's starvation tactics.

This diet is actually quite balanced compared to other ones and seems healthy...
But i just wonder if she actually did follow this for 2 years because that is like impossible. You need variety in your diet. I can see following this for like a month but 2 yrs? ok.

I seriously can't with these "diets". She probably had the supervision of a professional, and I know ppl would tear her to shreds if she debuted without losing weight, but both companies and netizens really need to loosen up and stop demanding stick thin figures for their idols.

That is a really, really low fat diet plan. She must not have much energy at all. That little fat in your diet can make you very lethargic and has even been linked to depression.
