would i be a cliche if i said "hot summer" is what caught my ear first? it was pure coincidence because someone posted the vid on ONTD and then i found myself listening to it over and over again. the real stanning kicked in when i watched their "red light" video. in the last few days i went through all of three albums and EPs. current faves (if i can have this many) are: red light, milk, paper heart (tho the "please be gentle" kind of creeps me out), shadow, toy....

Hot Summer is a totally addictive summer jam so I am not hating at all! And Shadow, ugh, isn't Shadow marvelous? Love all the faves you picked, though. Picking a favourite is so hard for me but Shadow has a special place in my heart because of memories. But yeah imo Red Light is their best album so far, even though Pink Tape was a masterpiece. So I totally understand how that was the one to persuade you.
You know, I never thought about the 'please be gentle' line too much.. But now I think I understand what you mean.
