I've kind of always hated how fashionable = wearing expensive clothing but I'm definitely jealous she has all that stuff.

People keep forgetting that CL didn't always have money, she developed her style on her own throughout the years. It just happens that some of her favorite brands are on the expensive side, but she has the money to buy it. She never claimed that fashionable = wearing expensive clothes she said a million times that being fashionable to in her opinion is having your own style and being true to yourself and just wear clothes you like to wear. She often spoke of how she would go to flee markets to buy clothes before she was a celebrity. She can afford high end brands now so I don't see the problem. Plus she loves vintage stuff too.

And I don't know why Kim would come after her when CL never tried to be Kim. She just looks up to her, Foxy, Lauryn, Erikah etc.

i've some deep love/hate relationship with CL. sometimes i think she's amazing at stage, full of charisma. and at other moments, i just think that she's trying really hard. i wanna be in love with her and that's it, with no "but".

LoL at the OP trying to be cute with that weak ass attempt at shade. People on omona forever trying to find ways to downplay CL, be it her talent, fashion, music, connections, relevance, eloquence, foreign language speaking skills, whatever it is it's never good enough for some of y'all. Which is ridiculous because most people on this site stan and glorify the most basic ass people in the kpop industry. There's always something that's wrong with and about her according to some of you and I'm so over it.

She's always so naturally witty and cute, not to mention sweet. My baby girl always has uplifting, positive advice to give to people. She's so humble and she works herself to the bone. I don't understand why some people are so quick to condemn her as a try-hard, or fake without a second thought when she's one of the most down to earth, honest people in that scene.

CL has always been this cute, chill, really sweet, and down to earth kinda girl. Someone I wouldn't mind going out on the town with.

But I don't blame others for sometimes seeing nothing but the "try-hard" image, which to be honest, isn't CL's fault at all but YG Company in general. I'm glad I was able to distinguish the two and was able to see 2NE1 in a whole in a new light away from the image that YG puts on them
