I know it's late but the lyric is actually okay imo maybe bcos i personally relate to that, how it's hard to lose weight bcos they're so many things she had to do but she gotten stronger and she's not the same person she was before. How she's gaining confident with her new look and being bold and do not care what others are thinking.

I can actually relate to this song.. It's hard to lose weight but damn right people are treating me differently and how im gaining more confidence. Loving the song and she looks really pretty, like some japanese model.
