they really worked it in "fire" and when the intro "pretty boy" came on i seriously thought they were going to perform it. sadly, as was the camerawork of their solo dances, it was not so.
i wish their dancing, with the exception of minji, were a bit tighter and cleaner and that certain fashion trends from the eighties/nineties should respectively stay in their decades (i'm staring at you shoulder pads).
I was a bit O_o about the lip synching, but overall, it was a kick-ass performance. I also want to murder Mnet's camerapeople. What the fuck was that random and sloppy shit? A blind ostrich could do a better job.
Dara's hair and makeup looks so amazing! The stylish noonas are hating on her for once X) The performance was great as usual but I'm surprised Bom was lipsyching "I Don't Care" and when she did sing for "Fire," her voice sounded a bit weak. The stage was really cool but the camera work sucked dragon balls.
I am impressed with Dara's vocal progress but wtf @ her "dancing". Also, Bom's dancing used to be much better (case in point: "Anystar" CF with Hyori), so idk what happened here...
Also, I like 2NE1 and they're very successful as newcomers, but I can't help but feel a little wronged that they get such an incredible stage set (I am loving the circle boxes) so early when so many artists have such long ways to go before getting so recognized. Just a thought.

I do feel at times that maybe they do get overhyped but I don't see how they haven't earned their place here. I get that a lot of artists work extremely hard to even get half the recognition and praise that 2NE1 gets, but sometimes a lot of this success has to do with good marketing/timing/production, and less to do with the girls' own hard work and talent... though 2NE1 does have enough of both to have made it eventually. Yeah, they get a lot of recognition/great stages/whatever but think of the work they put in to live up to that while being rookie (and we tend to forget they're rookies... well, I do. I expect a lot more out of them that half the other girl groups). It's not easy constantly trying to live up to that kind of standard being newcomers, but they've done it, imo.
Sweet Shisus I can't wait for them to have a full album. They have a lot to live up to since the mini album did so well, but srsly can't wait all the same.
Does anyone know if Bommie wears a retainer? I'm seriously asking, does/did she have orthodontics? Cuz I've noticed since 2NE1 debuted that she looked (and sounds) toooootally different from how I remembered her, and people said it was PS so I said "Oh okay" but now... I'm not so sure. Cuz surely she would've healed by now, and that swelling looks unfuckincomfortable. And the lip syncing? I smell mulgogi.
Aww, I wonder what's up with Bom; she lip-synced during 'IDK' & her voice sounded weak and was trembling during 'FIRE'. D: Meh, even so, I love their hair (especially Dara's) & dance solo (woohoo Minji & CL!). 8D
