Maybe he has a lot of poser accounts? I think he understands English much better than he speaks, but he has decent English speaking skills. Enough to communicate well with all the foreigners he encounters.

I remember Donghae mentioning a few years back that Siwon reads English newspapers and Bible.

I read a few fanaccounts saying that he spoke great english. His accent is quite weird but it's very understandable. I know he says "like" and "you know" a lot tho lol

i wonder if he did the whole "this is my real account" because of Donghae - NO ONE believed him when he had to open a new account after being hacked, then got his old account back.

and i was really surprised he opened up a youtube account before and IG account. before Donghae found the love of a camera, Siwon held the title of "mr. photographer" in suju.
