Date: 2014-07-20 11:36 pm (UTC)Every single time that Tiffany decides to do some ad-libs I legit cringe OTL It sounds like she's straining so hard to reach those notes or she sounds extremely nasal and it really irritates me >.<
For example, in "Lips" her ad-libs did absolutely nothing for me, if anything they were completely unnecessary especially with Jessica, Taeyeon and Seohyun doing their share of ad-libs but their technique was eons better than hers. I mean I guess she wants to show off how much she's improved, but I don't really think forcing yourself to sing in this kind of register means that you've actually improved vocally =/ I'd rather she stick to the lower notes instead of the higher notes because they are pretty much out of her range. If she keeps going at this level she might end up ruining her voice honestly and I don't think she would want that to happen.
Now she's basically singing majority of the lines in every SoShi song and I wouldn't really mind that if she was a better vocalist compared to the actual lead vocalists aka Taeyeon, Seohyun and Jessica, but she's not so SM really should stop pushing her so much because she sounds embarrassing ._.

i really want a kickass "final" tour & single, so that they can prove why they were/are sk's #1 girl group, & so that they can go out on a really awesome note, but most of them look 3000% done w/ the idol life. i really wish they could do like shinwa & do their own solo thing, then do reunion tours/singles/albums/etc, but it's not looking like that's ever gonna happen. =\
ugh jessi/tippany/taeyeon (ESP JESSI OMG) are pissing me off so much in that video, i'm pretty sure my cat could dance w/ more energy & enthusiasm than they're putting out... holy shit. they aren't EVEN trying, like at ALL. arghhhh that annoys me so much!

They really need a good rest and alot of personal time because this isn't how they should be going out.

I can understand EXO being busy, they're still a new group and with all those recent "scandals" going on, they need to work in keeping their fans/making new ones, but SNSD?! They're still the most-loved girlband in SK, right?! I'm sure, they wouldn't lose all their fans and their popularity, if they went on a short break, especially because the members wouldn't just suddenly "vanish" - Sica's show with Krystal is still going on, Sunny has a muscial, Yoona just got casted as the lead in a new drama,...
SM should watch - REALLY watch - videos like the one in this post and decide then, if they aren't doing more worse than good with not giving the girls a break!

Maybe the girls are really just over-worked. I'm a big fan of SNSD and to me it seems that the girls are constantly busy. Not only with touring, but also with photoshootings, radio shows, interviews, CMs, musiclas, dramas,...
Idols might be good in handling stress, but there is a limit to everything!!! And no matter how much you love something, if you have to do it over and over again (in this case singing and dancing the same song and choreo every night), it might stop being enjoyable!

Date: 2014-07-20 01:33 pm (UTC)tbh they slay when they do srs things like that last talk show they went and danced mr taxi, but for concerts w all the diff choreos there will always be times when they're suddenly out of sync but this is such a natural occurrence cos even they get mixed up @ korean stages. and if they do get choreos wrong and laugh, idk whether i'd feel annoyed or happy at the concert itself so /shrugs

yeah tiffany's the worst dancer and she can be a tad irritating, but at least she tries 80% of the time? far more than jessica does lbr. i think ppl need to cut her some slack.
