jackson always walks the line between being funny and being a dick, but i think this time he actually went over it. i'm surprised no one (members or crew) told him to chill out some. it was kinda uncomfortable.
also ew @ those dead fish just floating in those buckets.
maybe he was just playing it up for the laughs since it is a variety show but it was hard to watch him being so mean to youngjae esp during the water gun game
Korean variety shows are usually harsher than this though. I think it just looks extra bad because it's Younjae, a kid who idolize his hyungs. Plus when Jackson has a straight, determined face he looks scary but you can see him trying to hold his laugh in some scenes.
i would take it seriously if i didn't know that korean shows were scripted. sometimes they even make people 'fight' to increase the ratings. i'm sure that youngjae and jackson are on good terms looking at recent updates from fansign events.

Didn't like Youngjae's "health" recommendation of skipping dinner ~_~. Skipping meals isn't the way!! They probably make bb Youngjae skip dinner so he doesn't gain any weight T_T. Ugh frustrating.

I liked how Bambam actually won here after messing up in the temple lol! (which was hilarious!) I have to agree with most people here, Jackson was a bit extra with Youngjae.
I cackled when Yugyeom and Jb were dragging Bambam along in that pond, and Youngjae was clearly afraid of everything!
Me too, but bam bam got most of the answer right first before mark stole it from him. Shinyoung was really hard on him with his pronunciation. i thought it wasnt fair. I almost hate mark for stealing bam bam answer.
What kind of effort?? Their MVs and music are good quality (maybe not great, but still really good). If you mean some intense vocal/rap training though... lol. It never happened with 2PM, so you might be waiting forever.
They are trained very hard, just not by the right vocal/rap teacher. JYP insist on his style of singing and considering he's not the best singer (he gets out of breath easily), he shouldn't teach them on how to sing. Jun.k got a lot better after doing his musicals, that's because he probably had non-JYPE vocal trainers.
Their two first singles have been pretty meh but they're one of the most charismatic and charming performers tbh. I hate "A" (the song) but the performances are cute as fuck.

About Jackson, exactly what I was gonna say. It's the little things he did like what you said, that assured me he was playing it up. Pushing Youngjae into the water though... I guess boys like to play rough? I know it seems like I'm making excuses for him. It's just that I think of him as much more than what/how the show made him out to be.
I can't believe some people call Jackson a bully toward Youngjae. He was the one trying to get Youngjae screen time in RealGot7 Ep9 with the English. In one of the Tudou special, Youngjae asked the others what his charm points are while most of the others were being sarcastic, Jackson said Youngjae's charm is his personality.
IKR?! If anything, I think Jackson has a soft spot for Youngjae and wants to push him forward albeit in a tough love way. It sucks that people misconstrued, what I believe, his intention. Even in the Kiss the Radio questionnaire, he complimented Youngjae and Jr. instead of using the chance to complaint like the others did.
yeah, same here! jackson adores youngjae, that has always been very obvious to me. i remember how he always made sure youngjae was involved (this was at the beginning of their debut) by highfive-ing him, cheering him on etc.
He cheers everyone on and he wants everyone to cheer everything he does, the guy is very dramatic. He likes giving high fives, pat on the back, or back hugs. He also randomly massage people next to him.
that's what i was thinking. and there's also another reason why i'm 'shielding' him in this situation. some i-fans even commented on his ig and left a message in english on the fancafe calling him a bad guy - and we know he reads everything. kfans weren't even mad/offended. and it made some skeptical fans look for proofs that youngjae is bullied by his group.. and honestly i think this is ridiculous. <3
I-fans did? Why would they do that?! No wonder he looked kinda pissed off recently. Just because the guy can read English, doesn't mean you can freely mouth off without understanding him and/or the context. Ugh, this is beyond ridiculous. He's far from that label, just as vulnerable and fiercely protective of the group and the members.
i think jackson is actually very sensitive. i still rmb Amber saying something about Jackson contacting her because he was "down". Jackson seem like the type that feel everything, happy or sad, more than the average person. I hope he doesn't get too down from the I-netz comments.
This...was not my favorite episode. There were too many uncomfortable moments for me and whether it was the script writers or Jackson's acting, someone took it too far. Yes; I am an oversensitive baby.
Jr. was great though, lol. Oh, Mark. You should know better.
Whoever takes care of GOT7's scheduling needs a raise because these boys have been so ridiculously busy, I can barely keep up.
Jackson looks like a tough guy, even when he fakes being serious he can look scary. You don't know if he's joking until he laughs if off, or when he breaks character and try to stifle a smile. But the guy is a big softie inside.
The thin flower boys are the one who people think can't possibly be a bully.
The fish catching game was soo funny! haha i did feel a bit sad seeing jackson being so irritated and picking on youngjae because youngjae is just like the sweetest thing ever lol, but i dont think it's a matter to make a huge deal about. Youngjae didnt seem like he took it to heart or anything either.
