.......this makes my delusion during the episode MORE real...lol..

Reiterating that Dongsoo's WTF face at finding out who Yangha is to him is still legendary a week later.

So Junghee and Youngdal knew each other when they were kids, that was bound to happen since both of their fathers worked together. I was hoping that Team Leader Bae would get caught, and I think Youngdal is lucky to have that guy on his side.
I have to admire the fearlessness in Youngdal, even though 99.9% of the time it's his downfall.

That scene where maknae bros and Junghee are all standing there...AWKWARD. I felt so uncomfortable...lol. Yangha sees how much Junghee is totally still in love with Youngdal, but he has to act like he isn't seeing her in so much pain, all while having his own pain. Then Youngdal has to hold back his own pain because he sees Junghee's pain. It's just a big mess. AND they're brothers. AND THEY'RE childhood friends. Although I've been DYING for Yangha's world to crash in on him when he learns the truth, I didn't realize that it might be the same way for Youngdal. But Every time I see Dongsoo and Youngdal together, I clasp my hands together in joy and I have some creepy, satisified Kyungsoo look on my face...lol.

Heavy sigh. This is an episode of Sally Jesse Raphael I wish I missed out on, but I can't change the channel.

Jaejoong is so hot. Shorry J is so hot. Siwan is so hot. Also seeing Siwan manhandle Jaejoong was way sexier than thought. Then to feed my delusion during this scene, those two dorks are standing there looking at each other like the other one is piece of cake...lol. Obviously it's a testament to how good this show is because half the time I'm ready to pull Jaejoong from the screen to give him a lesson on his face doing damage to my feelings, but I still manage to follow somehow. None of this has nothing to do with the show, lol.

I was very irritated during this episode because the idea of not telling Yangha the truth kept popping up. Point blank, they need to tell Yangha the truth. What exactly is Yangha losing besides having to go through years of therapy because he was under the very true impression that he'd be "thrown away"? I was ready to punch Sir Kim for putting that thought in Dongsoo's head...lol.

Lesson of the episode? Don't fuck with Junghee. She is way smarter than what the characters on the show give her. This is the first female K-Drama character that I'm very fond of and that's saying A LOT. And OMG a K-Drama kiss that I'm not internally cringing at and feeling way uncomfortable about? What? That was a hot little kiss. What made it even better was that sexy smirk on his face while he walked. Youngdal you little shit...lol.

But the most important thing of all is THE TRUTH BEING OUT!!!! I'm waiting for Yangha now so I can just gif all the reactions and laugh for the rest of my life.

When Yangha was disowned and thrown out of the casino, at first I was like:

But then, somehow, the writers made me feel bad for him? I don't know. I pity him, and I hope he'll get emotional support from his brothers and he won't take the "news" too badly. Join revenge team Yangha! Redeem yourself!

I think the childhood romance plot was kinda cheesy, but I still "Aw'd" out loud ngl. They looked so cute in the photos. I'm glad Dalhee are on good terms now. I surprisingly enjoyed the kiss scene (K-drama kisses tend to be so boring and awkward, I can't help but cringe).

I was dying during the entire gambling sequence. I thought Madam Min was going to lose for sure! Things weren't looking so good for them I was so nervous.

I can't wait to see how Youngdal reacts to Yangha being Dongwoo!

Jaejoong x Siwan = OTP

When Junghee said she would sue for unlawful termination because Yang Ha's feelings have nothing to do with her I cackled...like YES GIRL

I should have expected the childhood friends trope...I don't know why I didn't but I did groan a little when it appeared

Dong Soo...I'm with you man...why would anyone think that was a good idea to have an enemy raise Dong Woo

Young Dal VICTORY!!! With no violence involved...and then Yang Ha gets Jung Hee fired

When Yang Ha finds out...yeah he's going to have a break down and lash out a bit and I really don't care...prick...there isn't anything to clean up since Jung Hee IS NOT INTERESTED IN YOU!!!

Yay! Triangle post!

Okay so, last time I was concerned that Youngdal would have to sacrifice himself in some way and Junghee would turn to Yangha and fall in love with his creepy ass 'cause that's the typical K-drama thing. And it ALMOST happened. Youngdal had to lie about his feelings toward Junghee in order to protect her and she's all upset and Yangha 'saves the day' and she warms up to him a bit.

BUT THEN!

This show did what has been doing a lot, which is to toy with some cliches and then totally flip them. So instead of getting a classic bitter/scorned Junghee, she was patient, thoughtful, a bit hurt, but she seemed to understand there was something else going on. And then that great quick little scene where Jerry talked to her and told her straight out that it was all a ruse and Youngdal was just protecting her. No wishy-washy frustrating mis-communications that last through the entirety of a drama. It's great.

And now I love where it's heading. Dongsoo's hesitation to tell Youngdal about Yangha made sense because of everything else happening. But when there's a bit of calm he knows he has to tell Youngdal, and HE DID. Got right to the point. Talk about a cliffhanger!!! And the kiss was great. And Junghee is a fucking badass, like I'mma sue you if you fire me 'cause there's no damn reason to fire me! And Jihye counselor lady is killing it with pulling all the familial threads together. And Yangha feels less like a petty villain then he did at the start and seems to recognize the error of his ways.

Also just thoroughly enjoying the scenes with all the gangsters underground casino people. They've all done not-so-legal things, but you can see their intentions are good and they're totally ready to help each other and to watch each other's backs.

Seems like the final episodes will be juicy. I wonder if the brothers will join forces and topple the big casino guys. Big power-plays are in order!
I'm excited to watch how it comes together!

Sorry for rambling, but damn, I love this drama!

I have one thing to say - I love the main women characters in this drama. They're super bad ass!

(Actually I have not watched this week's episodes ;_____; I've been too busy and since it's fasting month, I try not to spend too much time in front of the laptop XD) Gah reading reviews makes me giddy though!

It started slow...you can skip to the jail episodes and be good to go. They flashback EVERYTHING so you'll see any minor plot point you missed again at some point

Though Choo Sunghoon getting tased was well played and funny

So like... I'm beyond satisfied that the last ep ended ith young dal finding out about yang has. I can barely contain myself. I was having a mini rage fit when the oldest bro was thinking yangha might be better not knowing. I'm so freaking glad his girlfriend kept talking in his ear, even if he was stupid and didn't listen the first time. He never listens the first time. His girlfriend maybe be a horrible psychiatrist, but she's one heck of a detective and an a+ friend. I just hope Yangha will be able to be happy and not feel to ostracized from his fam. To be honest, I don't even think young dal hates him. Even after going to jail, young dal always treated things as a game between them. He only got pissed when jungle got involved. Can't wait till Wednesday aaaaaaaah!
