Crime Scene ep 9 with Key: A referee's murder

Your weekly dose of murder mystery role playing game is back again with JTBC's Crime Scene (크라임씬).
OP is sorry for being a day late with the post.

In this show the exceptional cast is brought to a crime scene and they take roles as suspects and use their investigative and deductive skills in various ways (observing the crime scene, group talks, hot seat, one-on-one interrogations) to catch the criminal amongst themselves.
After their investigations, the cast vote for who they suspect is the killer. If the majority of the cast is right, they get the gold prizes but if they're wrong and the killer got away with the crime, the murderer will collect all the gold.

This week we welcome Shinee's Key as the episode guest. He, too, arrives with great confidense in his abilities.

Today's mystery is the murder of an experienced professional football referee, who is brutally killed the night after a game.
Just who committed the crime?

Next week we will have the highly anticipated season finale.. with CNBLUE's Min-Hyuk returning after his failure a few weeks back. OP is not too excited for the guest, but the case, set on the filming set of a movie, sounds great.

Can't wait for the final case (and next season if they are doing it). I'm gonna jump straight to conclusion here and say Minhyuk might be the criminal judging by the hand in the preview.

this was a great case! i was pretty stumped until the reporter's motives were revealed. i thought that they shouldn't have dismissed his fanaticism so quickly.

next ep's preview creeped me out, it looks amazing and i really really hope that there is a season 2 for this show. also since they're giving everyone a whole week to think it over...i think minhyuk might be the criminal. hmm.

I finally got it right!

The password-protected file that documented all of his creepy fanboy feels was a dead giveaway but I guess the rest of the cast felt like it was not strong enough a motive. I thought the offside flag was there to signify that he had avenged the assistant referee but nah, it's all about the striker.

I had a feeling Minhyuk would return after ep 5-6. Can't wait for the finale.

damn it! I tought it was Park Ji-Yoon as well D: she kept insisting about that dying message and I tought that was so suspicious because she is smarter than that! arghh!! but this case was hard x.x

Despite being called the Deduction Idiot, Hyun-moo is really good at finding the critical evidence/clues that lead to the real murderer. I guess that's why the watch was not found because he's the culprit this time round, making this case more difficult to solve with all the vague motives.

And nooo to final episodeeee. I need a season 2 ;__;

Omg I don't want this show to end T_T Praying for season 2!!! [with Hong Jinho please]

but damn, I also got this case wrong :( Actually, I was hesitating between Hong Jinho and Jun Hyunmoo because of the bag (and their motives) but at the end of the episode, I actually didn't really suspect Hong Jinho anymore. The dying time on the watch screwed me over though because I thought that the referee had died at 10:15 which made it impossible for Jun Hyunmoo to be the murderer. If the watch hadn't been there, I would've gone for Jun Hyunmoo but with one of my two suspects crossed off the list, I automatically went to the other suspect Jinho.

I guess Hong Jinho's perfect criminal AND detective record got totally screwed over in the last two episodes right? I'm so excited for the last episode even though I don't want this amazing show to end D:
