A mediation session between Kris and SM Entertainment took place on July 8.

The mediation covered Kris′ lawsuit against SM Entertainment and his demands to have his contract cancelled.

Legal representatives from both sides attended the session, but failed to reach a definite conclusion. Both parties settled with voicing their own stances.

Kris did not attend the session in person.

Kris has been shooting a Chinese movie, while EXO has been active with its Asia tour and solo activities.

Since he's (supposedly) demanding 20 million won compensation along with termination his case must be pretty good.

His lawyer said he's being paid based on the minimum possible from his pre-debut trainee contract which is WOW

SM sent 6 lawyers to his 1 and they stopped after 30 minutes...that billable hour is going to be expensive...how many did they send for their tax case lol
