I wanted to suggest that it's maybe been the age up till now, but then I remembered that many people are all over the BTS guys (who are mostly the same age or younger, I think). I totally agree with you though. Maybe he's too shy??? Idk.

I'm not enough of a fan to keep up, but I think it's because he's lacking a "push" (the other members have done acting, variety, etc). I would say he's the least exposed member, and probably has the least fame in the general public. It's probably because of his surgery/illness. He should at least have old school Taemin public success, aka being relevant without doing anything.

I think he lost a kidney or something major (yet replaceable) like that. It was a pretty big deal, but he kept it to himself and only took a few months off to recuperate. This all happened back in 2012 (I think). You should google it, he's a survive (could probably write a bestselling autobiography).

He's seriously one of the most under-rated visuals. WM is strange, most companies push for their visuals to be on varieties or get them acting gigs etc. but I guess Gongchan's too shy for that. I'm sad the diving show got cancelled (though for good reason), he got quite a fair bit of attention for that.
