I own a pair of that kind of heels. Actually, they're way more comfy to walk in than regular heels. And due to the plateau they're not as high as they look like; you also feel like you're walking in a normal shoe rather than on something with a heel (if you know what I mean, I suck at explaining things like that xD), which makes it easier to walk in them :)

Anyway, he rocks every kind of heels, he's so fabulous <3
