All the girls wearing the pads are the ones who have to kneel on the ground during Gain's little roll around on the ground dance. If they're practicing for hours at a time it's no wonder they wear those.
I will never understand why the groups in Korea practice in such impractical clothes for dance practice (not including the shoes). At least they aren't wearing denim like T-ara was in their practice vid (or Kara? idk some girl group).
Yeah someone else said that and I guess looking back the clothes aren't that bad. I guess I just can't imagine dancing in anything except cotton pants/shorts, leotard and/or tshirt. Clearly need to open my mind or something.
I kept seeing all these weird shapes in the mirror and was freaked out but then I noticed the wall is actually frosted windows.. and there's people in that other room. o_o
