it feels weird to say this about a kpop group, but i really feel like their company sold them out for the minimum amount of popularity they could get, they seem almost like a cover group with their latest concepts, songs and choreographies seem like recycled versions of other groups.
Pretty much FNC came out with a "fresh" concept, didn't even try to sell it, and gave up to do something average. Which is a shame cause the girls can actually play and they have nice voices. From day one FNC should have debuted them as the band unit only and let the actresses do their thing, cause now they're idols doing acting, which is not always seen as a good thing (not everyone is Suzy lbr), when they could have been actresses.
And from what I've seen a lot of their new audience only cares about their sexy image, and butt dance, they gain very few "fans" with it... my poor babies
I think FNC doesnt know how to promote new groups, i mean they don't have a formula....they just CAN'T think of ways to promote or are lazy to do so because their previous groups have been successful rookies. FTI rocked their debut and so did CNBLUE, both set records for rookies....this was all merit to the artist and not to how FNC promoted so now that they didn't got the instant popularity they expected they gave up easily to the fastest way out.
I find it weird that they use outside producer to produce aoa's song, considering the ceo of fnc is a producer himself. I dont mind them having similar concept but they at least need to have different sound to differentiate themselves from others.
