I'm so dancing ignorant that I don't even know of any choreographers other than the ones that have been hired by Kpop companies (and Mia Michaels through SYTYCD).
Hopefully, in response to your comment, people provide examples of their favorite choreographers' work so I can check some out.
My dad's mom just passed away and so my dad is flying to Mexico for her funeral but I'm terrified because my dad is NOT street smart, his spanish has gotten really bad over the years, and he's the kind person to trust anyone. He's supposedly meeting his sister when she gets there and their cousin is going to drive them but nothing is 100%. This is going to be a stressful weekend.
Can anyone recommend good sites for Korean actor interview translations (film/kdrama-focused instead of Kpop-oriented)?
I know of The Sunny Town, and occasionally mwave's Eng. site has an interview (10asia's English site, though, seems to have stopped putting them up), but that's it.

My initial plan was to apply directly to PhD programs but due to a limited CV and I'm not confident in doing well on the GRE, I'm going the Master's approach first. But I still wanted some insight on how the application process was some tips.
I'm also looking into applying overseas (like the UK or Amsterdam) for grad school as well. Any tips on going to school overseas would be great too!
I would say as long as you're passionate and that shows (either in your essay, work experience, interview etc.) You should be able to get into a program. My biggest advice would be start preparing early but you even asking the question shows you are, haha.
And if you aren't able or haven't taken a GRE class I would download a GRE prep book online (there's some you can find pretty easily for free) and just study yourself and make a study plan based off the book.
aside from watching the world cup, i've been spending my friday realising how much french i've forgotten and trying to make it up on duolingo. is anybody else on it?

so this weekend is my birthday but im not doing anything big so its gonna be lame ass hell but my friend's friend bailed on her to go to a concert so im going with her and its alright since its summertime ball and has like 20 acts but i only like 20% of them lol i mainly wanna see iggy and see the whole arena lose their minds when fancy comes on
Ah so much noise. I just really hate football. I hate football supporters. So obnoxious. I actually know the score of the game even though I was not keeping up with it at all because of all the noise outside.
i got super sick this week :c it's lasted like six days! at this point i have no voice and i couldn't go to work today.
on the plus side, i've been listening to older big bang songs since last night's bangtan bomb!! anyone wanna throw out their favorites? i have to say i'm pretty excited about the idea of a comeback later this year tbh.
I'm going to try to adventure out to Myeongdong this weekend to find a bathing suit. I didn't bring one with me and I think I'll need it if I'm going to Jeju.
Any other teachers out there have a hard time with their students yesterday? Two of my students cried, and my kids never cry! I was flabbergasted.

i've been watching the world cup semi-religiously, and i'm having more fun heckling than actually watching haha. i'm in the middle of compiling a 2008-2014 kpop playlist... i didn't realize how much kpop i actually have on my ipod. registration for fall/winter is a struggle and a half, having to schedule for second year while also for third year in the process. not looking forward to so much chem and bio.
i am so done with seeing baekyeon on my tlist, seeing as I could care less. the drama is so whatever.
lastly, it's my parents' 21st anniversary today!!! i am so excited and happy for them! the card my dad plans to give my mom is one of their original wedding invitations and that is the cutest ish ever~
That's awesome, yay for your parents' anniversary! Same here. Spent most of my day today watching the World Cup haha I'd sometimes find myself yelling at my tv which is weird because I don't know much about football at all LOL AND I FEEL YOUUUUU OMG. Sometimes I find myself listening to kpop stuff that was released 2007-2008, and I get so nostalgic. I got into kpop around that time and wow, can't believe it's already been that many years...o__o
AOA's new comeback has me feeling distressed, especially about AOA Black, as I'm sad they're getting so far away from their core concept and I can't help but wonder if this is how After School fans felt as the original line-up/sound transitioned into its current state :/
It's the 21st here already which means it's my dad's birthday. He's 58, that's just insane to me. He does not look or seem 58 at all. I still haven't gotten him anything though, oops. I just have 0 idea.. I have till the 27th to get something. I'll probably just settle with a nice bottle of wine (like every birthday for the past 3 years lol).
