He maybe did because of the resemblance, but I doubt that had a significant factor in his debuting -- like, Got7 isn't the most vocally talented, so adding in /another/ kid who couldn't sing wouldn't have been beneficial
Youngjae appears to be front and center for "A" and I am very happy for him. I remember him being so nervous during their debut showcase, but there has to be a reason he was able to debut after only a few months as a trainee.
And I think he finally gets to a chance to show why. Beautiful voice, loads of charm, an adorable little hottie. <3

Notice how he was eating too damn fast? I think the girl was getting him a napkin or something because he was choking on his Ice cream (poor kid lmao, but typical) thus leaving her ice cream on the table? Heh! My theory. Youngjae can't act for shit but he makes up for in awkward eye smiles and his lovely lovely voice.
