AOA’s Jimin Lost 5 Kg for New Album and Now Weighs 41 Kg

AOA’s Jimin revealed her weight on broadcast.

During June 19’s broadcast of SBS Power FM’s Young Street, DJ K.Will anxiously asked Jimin, “How much weight did you lose?” upon seeing how thin she has become.

Jimin confessed, “I lost about 5 kilograms for this album. So my current weight is 41 kg. There are many things I want to eat.”

Hong Jin Ho, who was also a guest of the show that day, said, “You’re so thin that I want to buy you food. If you want to eat anything, just tell me. Let’s meet up once outside,” causing a round of laughter.

Meanwhile, AOA released its first mini album Short Hair and is promoting actively.

I always worry when idols drop weight near comeback time because considering the dance routines they have to practice and busy schedules. I can understand dropping a bit to for music videos or whatever but 5kg seems excessive

"There are many things I want to eat" this is why I'll never be thin tbh. On a serious note, she obviously did not need to lose that weight. In that particular photo she doesn't look healthy, yikes.
