The “nation’s younger boyfriend,” actor Seo Kang Joon, has landed on the cover of social entertainment magazine Big Issue, following many top stars such as Ha Jung Woo, Lee Hyori, IU, Lee Jong Suk, and more.

In the unveiled pictorial, the actor is dressed in a various casual yet modern styles, attracting everyone who sees him. He shows off his chic charms and perfectly pulls off a bright red suit, as well as patterned pants, as he stares into the camera with his dreamy brown eyes.

The very first thing Seo Kang Joon brought up in the interview following the photo shoot was the actor group that he is a part of—“5urprise.”

He expressed his deep affection for the group, “’5urprise’ is family. We share the same work, the same worries, go through difficulties together, and celebrate the good times together. We also don’t get jealous of one another. Everyone has good personalities and confidence, so we believe everything will slowly work out for all of us.”

Additionally, Seo Kang Joon talked about the much-discussed reality show, “Roommate,” in which he is displaying his unexpected goofy character.

He shared his thoughts on the show, “Since I am an ordinary person, there are times when I am cool, times when I am cute, and times when I may appear stupid. The broadcast emphasizes the times when I appear foolish. However, that is one of the many sides of me that exist, so if the viewers enjoy it, I don’t mind. It’s only the beginning of broadcasting and I think there will be many opportunities for me to show various sides of ‘Seo Kang Joon’ in the future.”

Seo Kang Joon is currently receiving interest for his silly four-dimensional personality on SBS’ “Roommate.” He also acted in a movie “My Love, My Bride,” which is expected to premiere in the second half of this year. The entire pictorial and interview will be available in 85th issue of Big Issue magazine.

His acting is pretty impressive for a 20 year old. I loved him in After School: Lucky or Not and while Cunning Single LAdy was a shit show, he held up pretty well as a second lead where all the main characters were 10+ years older than him.

He's great on Roommate. Though I think we just haven't seen enough of him. He seems sweet and silently cheeky.

I //think// that's his natural eye color!! or at least they still look lighter than average when I look at his drama screencaps. haha I've never watched any of his dramas before tho, so someone else here can prob confirm!!! n___nv

That's the real deal. Korea seems to have a special eye colour, which is kinda an amber/whisky colour instead of Dark Brown or Hazel.

These pictures don't do him justice. His eyes are actually a lighter brown.

I kinda love that he is this really average doofy guy with above average looks. Makes him seem more approachable/human (rather than an unreachable ~*STAR*~) which I'm sure a lot of his fans will like.

He's also a good actor, I wanna see him in more things (also I loved Cunning Single Lady). Honey Eyes is a good name for him--that's exactly the color and kind of light reflection he has. Calling him this from now on. XD
