Her english accent is so hard to place. It feels very American but I can't place where in US.

"I'd love to put my own album out of course. I don't know when it will be..." It that ain't the bare bottom truth when it comes to YG. As long as CL eventually drops an album, I'll be happy. She just needs to keep GD's tryhard ass in line when he enters the studio.

It's like... well... like... you know... yeah

I like her voice and accent, I think she's talking pretty slowly so she can "place" her voice and sounds "good" but her vocabulary is very limited and they always ask her the same damn thing.

But she's getting more comfortable by the end of the interview... I'm not sure if she gets to practise english a lot.

I'm forever pissed at YG for not putting Dara in these sort of situations. CL's pronunciation is way better, but at least Dara has a bit of a vocabulary.

this comment makes no sense to me. even when Dara gets the chance to speak english, she's happy enough to let CL talk the whole time. and i doubt Dara is getting offers to model for "trendy" (in quotations so i don't get messages about it not being trendy) foreign fashion lines.

Dara never wants to talk in English even when CL tries to force her to sepak. She says like 3 words and moves it along. She always gets awkward and laughs nervously.

why would dara be invited into this kind of interviews? cl is known as a fashion icon, while dara isn't. plus cl has tons of connections. and like others pointed out, dara is too shy to speak in english for more than 3 minutes

do people not realize that english isn't her first language? when i speak French i'm just trying to get my point across and even if i know a lot of vocab, i probably won't use it in my sentences in case i screw up.

anyway i want her to do more stuff like this. i love the way she models clothes.

I feel like the issue is CL translating in her head so she can figure out the words, which may cause her sentences to be a bit stunted. Anyway I like when she speaks English and makes the effort.
