Singin’ In The Rain is a classical musical full of tap dancing and ballet, and SM Entertainment is getting fans hyped up with the official trailer that introduces each character.
Singin’ In The Rain is about a musician and dancer, Don Lockwood who has to tolerate the leading lady Lina Lamont since she thinks their on screen romance is real. A film they both took part in was converted into motion picture with sounds, but due to Lina’s dreadful voice, the crew members had to replace her voice with Kathy Sheldon’s, an aspiring singer. After Lina finds out Don is in love with Kathy, she tries everything she can to sabotage their romance.
The musical will play at the Chungmu Art Hall in Seoul starting June 5 to August 3. Tickets can be purchased through Interpark.

Still not too sure what to think about this whole SM musical venture thingy. Tap-dancing and ballet, eh? I guess we'll see soon enough.

I'm a bit peeved at the website because you have to go on the Korean site to see most information about the musical though.

Like, how is this going to work with it being SM C&C's first foray into musical theatre? Is it gonna suck all around or will they manage it? Is he really going to tap-dance? I mean tap-dance?! You can't learn tap-dance in a few months. And then with the rain, I hope no-one slips and falls on their head.
