Are there restrictions on the Qs that Exo can be asked (and depending how they much they paid for the interview)? Cause those were rather the same as usual and not so interesting....
surely. i cant imagine SM letting any actual interesting questions get published. even less (seemingly) control freak agencies really monitor what gets released to the public in interviews.
with SM's groups..no restrictions per se... instead they actually have a list combined by the company and only questions from that approved list can be asked. Some big media companies with ties to SM (like their new partnership in China) might have a chance to ask SM if this and that question can be asked too, but otherwise they give every interviewer the list and say that nothing else can be asked, pick your questions from there. Not following the rule = no interview at all.
What I don't understand is why, when the questions are pre-approved, the answers are so bland... it's not like EXO were put on the spot, they knew exactly what was coming, so why not work out a more interesting answer to questions like "who's the energizer?" and "what concepts would you like to do?" instead of giving a boring non-answer?
Idrgi either. They should be used to it by now but nope, still painfully awkward and uninteresting. It's a pity they seem to always seem to be restricted.
It's like giving boring textbook answers and being afraid to go off-script has become their "thing" that distinguishes them as a group... why change what's working, I guess.
here's an interview with an american journalist on his experience interviewing kpop stars http://gumship.com/gumship-radio-ep-5-jaeki-cho/ (skip to the 1hr mark)
snsd wasn't allowed to answer questions regarding wonder girls! so yes, there's restrictions most likely.
Any info out there about that GO! B1A4 thing they previewed during the interview? Is that going to be a one-episode special kind of thing or a whole new show dedicated to B1A4?
The boys looked tired but relaxed during their interview. Can't wait to see all the things they did during their extended stay in the US, especially the new MV and maybe also that new show!
