It''s been a trend in japan for like a year (but usually it's an actual skirt with sleeves added on for "edginess"). It's cute in theory (especially since japan usually sells it as a top/skirt set), but here it's just kinda sloppy, faux-ghetto-fabulous.

I think CL has a lot of say in how she ends up looking. I don't know if the other girls are as assertive or have as much say as she does, but I think the styling reflects their personal tastes.

i guess the brand didn't want the whole group to walk or maybe the other three girls had no interest in it. CL is the only person in 2ne1 to have shown interest/have connections with fashion shows/designers/high fashion so she's the one i would have expected to walk if any of them were going to.
