I was just about done when suddenly the page closed for some reason and I lost everything. I almost cried ngl. I don't have the time now but I'll update the post later.
I think it shows how far Kwang Soo has come that he gets paired with guests now, especially a first time guest superstar on an oversea episode ♥

this episode is really really interesting on the preview but when i watch it.. it's not as interesting as on the preview, but it's still funny for me because of the interactions between the members and guest
and i love to see how close they are to each other, like when they decided to put every one on water ㅋㅋㅋ

I also LOVED watching Jaesuk kick Kwangsoo in the pool. It was funny as hell. And the random guy who was like "HAHA!!!! FIGHTING!" was great, too.
Now all I need is for them to come to America for filming.

And I want him to be interesting but he's not. Like do they cut all of his talking scenes? I want to like him running man! Show me a scene where I'm not not knocked off my feet by his dullness. Is he only interesting when he's shipping himself with that Jong Suk fella? Huh?! Huh????
Rain!!!!!!! Lots of special feelings for him. I like the eye of the tiger that he had. He was in it to win it. Not that great in this episode though. Kwangsoo saved it in the beginning until Rain got comfortable.
That being said I really like this whole Australian special thing. I even liked the games and I'm looking forward to a hopefully better second half.

I do think you're right that maybe being around all these older entertainers is making him subdued but he's been on the show a few times now and I want to see him be funny/interesting/entertaining if he's going to keep making appearances.
So, to me it's just clearer than ever in this episode that he's just not funny. Same with Jong Suk in the last one he appeared in. They might actually be funny people but they are nervous on the show or something isn't adding up and it makes me not want to see them.
I could major in running man guest theory lol. Sorry for the long reply. I can't make myself stop sometimes.

Date: 2014-03-17 01:31 am (UTC)Hopefully once they cement themselves more in the industry as long-term actors, they'll get better. Comedic timing doesn't come naturally to everyone, and I would imagine, trying to remain respectful and still be funny might seem overwhelming.

the only fun part of this episode was the suite part where everybody was throwing each other in.
i love woobin but i've always known he's not a very funny person, but he was more subdued this episode, i'm thinking he was feeling awkward without having any friends around with him like the past two times, with jongsuk or with shinhye/choi jin hyuk. and/or maybe he's still going through denial that he's gonna be portrayed as silly, unathletic character like gwangsoo lulz. it took him awhile last year to accept that he's not at sports period haha. probably doesn't know what to do with himself because he's not inherently funny enough to attempt crazy stuff like gwangsoo, but also not good enough to be like kook-ie and rain to win all the games. but who knows, all just silly guesses, i just hope he had fun.

Date: 2014-03-17 03:53 am (UTC)I'm hoping Woobin will be more interesting in the latest episode since he'll be with Kwangsoo and he needs someone weird (and similar in age) to bring out his weirdness.
I always feel bad that Sukjin can't be super physical in these games. Like you could tell he probably felt bad for dragging Gary down, but there was nothing he could do about it.
All in all, a very long commercial for Australia. At least it was pretty, and there were pretty people and there were some fun moments :D

Date: 2014-03-17 03:50 pm (UTC)I really missed Jihyo, so I'm hoping she makes a large impact in the next episode. Perhaps she'll show up as the "Mother Nature" that commands all the elements.
btw OP, you should check out an add-on called Lazarus (for either Firefox or Chrome, whichever browser you use). It basically makes a backup of your text box inputs, so you don't lose all your work when a mishap occurs. It's saved me on more than one occasion. lol
