i love that pic of Bumkey with the pig lmao; i'm not sure if i've ever seen a pic of him before because he looks like such a lovable goofball in these. Kanto looks adorable in that white jacket and ridiculous in the other pics. i think the other two are a little too macho (manly?) for my taste (actually i think it's just that i hate tight pants on dudes with muscles/Jaewoong look so good in those slim trousers, and Changwoo looks like an ex so it's just weird)
i think it's officially time to take all the Troy posts out of my feedly "saved for later" category and stare/listen/etc
i think the other two are a little too macho (manly?) for my taste
lol I'm glad I'm not the only one who's not really into the super macho type (even tho at least these two are not as excessive as many guys in my country -rough features, beards, too muscular/stocky, etc...-). Most of my friends side-eye me precisely because I prefer the pretty/boyish type and they say those guys are "too girly" ._.
i have similar problem, i like the "boyish" type more than manly/macho (but it really depends tho) and where i live somehow this kind of guys are shaded and called gays... it's disgusting. recently i had a crush on my collegue's flatmate, he was my age but looked five years younger and had really clean features and flawless skin, ugh. my friends went on calling me a pedo and other awful stuff. eww
Yeah, it depends because I've liked some manly/macho guys before (but at least they were handsome and not the typical ugly guy with rough features, beard, etc...) but I usually prefer the boyish type too. That was disgusting tbh. It's not like you were crushing on a minor and you yourself are super young anyway. What would they think of me liking that type of guy then? They'd call the cops or something? lol. But it's surprising that people in your country call that type of guys "gays". Aren't you from Poland? In my mind all Polish guys are as cute as the ones in this movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F21uyAfXi4Q so really different from my country when most of them are totally the rough macho type (and there's this trend of sporting a huge beard recently, ewww).
omg i hate this movie haha. polish men have this problem, they are cute in school but once they became uni students, at instant they become fug monsters. it's some kind of a mystery to me, all my past crushes make me lose my shit when i find them on facebook cause they often look way different now, like i wouldn't recognize them at all. also, the not so goodlooking ones do not get hotter :( there's a fb page 'polish high school boys', where ppl send their friends pictures, and everytime the guy is less bulky, shaved and has delicate features, he becomes a fag in their minds and people call him names in the comments...
lol I haven't watched it aside from that scene but I've heard that it's really fucked up so I don't think I'd like it.
Really? A friend told me the other day that there's this Polish exchange student in her class and he's a cutie despite being like 24 lol. She told me that he didn't look older than 19. And anyway, at least they're cute on school but here they start to get fug since puberty, basically. I mean, there are some cute guys in my current class too, but it's maybe a 10-15%. The rest are fug as hell and I don't like the fact that people look waaay older than their age here. Like the other day I freaked out @ some guy saying he was 22 when he legit looked like your typical dad in his early 30s :/.
That's really shitty tbh. I fucking hate the western mentality of "pretty boy=fag" and "macho guy=super straight and cool". As if appearance had anything to do with sexual orientation. In fact, I know more macho gay guys (beard, stocky frame, etc...) than pretty/delicate ones so that's utter bullshit.
I seem to be in the minority here, Jaewoong does absolutely nothing for me. Awkward body proportions maybe? Especially the first suit picture. Also him in that hat/suspenders/boots combo gives me stripper vibes for some reason lol.
Also, Kanto has great hair but considering it's almost identical to my fave of GD's circa OOAK/Crayon, that comes as no surprise.
That second group pic is the worst I think. They look really good in street/casual clothes but those suits... it might be his pose but poor Changwoo looks so bulky and unattractive!
im not fond of jaewoong's looks either, changwoo is better but still not really my type. jaewoong has this obvious kind of pretty face, almost 'proper' one. he quite looks his age but then not really. idk i used that shirtless picture as bait, nothing works better here on omona
pretty face? idk, maybe because my idea of pretty is the typical youthful, boyish, flower boy-esque type but this guy is just too manly to be considered pretty. more like sort of handsome, but yeah, those two aren't my type either. i don't like the macho type at all even though at least they're not as exaggerated as the guys in my country lol (rough features and beards, eww).
like phantom all over again, haha i hope they get on well, i personally prefer to deal with much older people, esp job-wise. im way too mature for my peers, most of the time, sadly
Yeah, but the oldest and the youngest have a 13 y/o gap and that's quite a bit tbh. Especially since the youngest is not even 20 and people in their teens/early 20s tend to see people in their late 20s/early 30s as super old (understandable since I kinda used to be like that at that age too, you're just on another stage of life).
haha, im a 93 liner and my friends are always side eyeing me cause i often call someone 25+ old... idk, i cant get rid of that 'habit', somehow i'm going to be that age pretty soon. myself i feel super old already... idk, probably i bought the thought my teenage years would last forever :'(
Lmao, then you must think I'm old as hell because I'm in my late 20s orz :( And you're a 93er? OMG, I thought you were like mid/late 20s. You really sound mature tbh. And don't feel old because 20-21 (idk when it's your birthday) is still a semi-fetus, lol. In fact, as much I enjoyed my teen years, I still prefered my early 20s because I wasn't as awkward, moody and insecure as in my teen years. I'd stuck on like 22-24 forever if I could because you're old enough to have completed at least a bachelor's degree and start working in what you like but at the same time you're still young enough to do fun and carefree shit and not being side-eyed for that (unlike in your late 20s where many of your peers are already in the "married&with their first child" stage and it feels weird when you're not like them or don't WANT to be like them).
But tbh, I think nowadays anything below 30 (and even early 30s) is fairly young. Many people even consider the 25-34 period as young adulthood and the 20-24 years as a late adolescence so you're still impossibly young lol.
thank you <3 i get that a lot tho i still feel like a 12 year old inside.... i'm an october baby so i still have time before i turn 21 (i don't want to, i never wanted to grow up :(((). actually it's weird because all my girl friends are now divided into two groups: the ones that went to uni and the ones that hasn't finished high school and have kids now. somehow i'm okay with being on my own now, as i moved from my parents year ago and the sudden responsibility hasn't hit me... as i was accustomed to it as kid, being the youngest among quite older siblings meant i have to quite literally fight for my rights. (i often get side eyed for lots of habits i developed then, like putting a lot of food on my plate before it gets taken by someone else, haha). yet somehow i wonder if the path i have chosen is the best for me, like maybe it's easier now to change work fields than, for example, 15 years ago, but... idk.
No offense but I honestly don't understand why someone would want to have a kid when you're still sort of a kid yourself tbh. But yeah, I have friends in the same situation. One of my friends is 28 and has two kids, one of them is 9 years old, so that means she had him at 19. I don't even feel like having kids now at late 20s so imagine at freaking 19. I felt a total child at that time and many of my current classmates (since I've recently changed my career and I'm studying again) are indeed 18-20 and they act like immature kids that only want to party and have fun (totally normal at that age) so I don't know why some people have kids when you're still such a child. That totally ruins your youth and youth is too short to ruining it like that tbh. Plus at that age the vast majority aren't financially stable enough to support themselves (either because they're studying at university or because they dropped high school and can't find a job due their lack of formation and experience) so imagine to support a little kid. What are you working at btw? I don't know many people with a established job and living on their own at your age tbh. Like I said most of them are studying at uni (or at least some type of vocational training) and still living with their parents.
it's about time we got a veteran assembly like this, I'm a fan of Bumkey and i have high expectations for Troy. looking forward to them slaying the charts, I can see netizens gobbling them up, esp with all the anti-idol sentiments
Of course just going by their looks, I already see Changwoo and Kanto in my near future. O F C O U R S E Kanto is born in 94 and is a Choi, because I obviously don't know how to pick a Choi out from a lineup. And to make matters worse, he looks like he could be Zelo's older brother, who is also a Choi. OF COURSE.
