idgaf that it was for a "costume" event, Leighton's entire look was just terrible. Hair/makeup/tights/shoes/dress...all awful. Shin Min-ah would've looked OKAY if it weren't for those even fuglier boots.

All in all, LV is overrated and this "dress" is no exception.
