Plot:
What do a group of foodies and a murder have in common? Lee Soo Kyung (Lee Soo Kyung) is a 33-year-old divorcee who is a composed, confident woman who is happy to be living alone after marrying way too early in life. But the only thing that can make her lose her cool composure is great food. Living next door is another foodie, Goo Dae Young (Yoon Du Jun), a single man who loves surrounding himself with gourmet food but hates being asked if he is dining alone at great restaurants. When a strange murder occurs in their neighborhood, how will their lives be intertwined?

6. [+8, -1] I love TVN shows because they don't have makjang plots with aliens and cheating lovers and enemies becoming fathers... It's like I'm watching a fairy tale for adults. The houses that they portray reflect reality, like officetels and rented rooms. I hope I never see makjang on TVN~~~

7. [+6, -0] This drama made me gain weight ㅠㅠㅠ I ate so much at night... Please take my fat with your ending ㅠㅠ

I'm going to miss this show a lot.
Loved it to bits, loved every character (well, except the murderous freak), loved the interactions and loved Bara-ssi!!

Will celebrate/mourn and likely gain some more weight by eating a hefty amount of galbijjim (and if I find any, chicken feet) tomorrow.

All that drama with Jin Yi the last two episodes was so sudden. idk why she became so mean in 15 too. not cool. I think the plot didn't flow that well and it was a little all over the place. Really loved the drama overall though. Love that it was more low key/ordinary (despite random serial killers - what is with the random serial killers in k dramas now??). Thought soo kyung and do jun were so cute together (though strangely although I was shipping them the whole drama when they finally got together they...didn't really have any chemistry? The kiss in 14 was so sweet but then it was really awkward between after them idk) Also really liked the short episodes and just one episode a week. I hope the special gets subbed :)

Im going miss this drama, some of the part doesnt make sense but it's nice to watch a pretty realistic drama with no makjang or too much focus on love part.

So since the last post, I finally gave in and started the drama. I caught up enough to watch the final episode last night. I LOVED it. The comedy was great, even during the somber parts. My favorite characters had to be Attorney Kim, he was frickin' hilarious, and Kyung Mi...idk she was just gorgeous and I loved the way she got after her husband. Strong women, are awesome.

The line about Korea's infatuation with beauty was one I wasn't expecting, but I'm glad they said it. This is the first drama I've watched where I'm actually content with the ending. The only thing I disliked about this drama was having to go through watching them eat. It was HORRIBLE and made me terribly hungry...lol.
