Dead, will this be the first time the model has won? And yeah, I think the model looks better because she's wear a shirt + skirt version I believe (I think that red area on her waist is the beginning of the skirt) while the Hyo Jin and Kang Hee have the dress.

I think a lot of it is the styling and the make-up. They just don't seem to get it right. They'll have an awesome dress on, but they mess it up because they decided on some boring shoe...or they don't look like they have any make-up. The guys either pants aren't hemmed so it bunches at the bottom or they mess up by pairing it with the wrong color outfit.
