“Cunning Single Lady” Seo Kang Joon Flashes His Perfect Abs

Who knew that rookie actor Seo Kang Joon had such killer abs?

He is currently gaining attention for his role as Kook Seung Hyun in MBC’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Cunning Single Lady” and on March 6, photos of the actor showing off his abs were shared by his agency Fantagio.

In the pictures, the handsome actor is preparing for a scene between him and Cha Jung Woo (Joo Sang Wook). He is sporting a blue judo uniform, and while he is simply smiling for the camera in the first photo, the second one certainly makes the female fans’ jaws drop. He can be seen carefully opening his uniform jacket and revealing his tight, carved muscles, which must be the result of rigorous work and a healthy diet.

Until now, Seo Kang Joon has represented a youthful and bright side image, but this daring decision to flash the abs has revealed a new and more masculine side of him.

“Cunning Single Lady” airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 pm.

I only posted this b/c abs...is anyone else watching this drama? I still can't comprehend the fact he's a '93er playing a 26-year old guy. I guess I'll make a discussion post next week.

I think its okay since he looks much older than his age. His light skin and light eyes make him look like one of the Cullens though.

I read the first three recaps for it and then watched episode 4 since I was bored and I thought it was entertaining. I am confused by the synopsis for it though because to me it looks like she is just seeking a thank you and an apology from JW not attempting to get back together with him.

Yea, it's a bit confusing but from what I've gathered so far, she only wants (or wanted) an apology and gratitude from him, however since he's not willing to do so, she wants to seek revenge on him. She clearly still likes him but isn't eager on getting back together with him.

I think he could pass off as an 18 year old but also as someone in their mid twenties. He has a timeless face lol.

His character is suppose to be 26? Though I guess it's only five years older than his actual age so it's not a giant stretch.

I like the show so far (only seen 2 and a half episodes oops), though Ae Ra being on the "losing end" of so many her / Jung Woo scenes has me a little sad but that's just because I like seeing the ladies out smarting the men lmao. I'm looking forward to more Ae Ra / Seung Hyun though, guilty pleasure noona/dongsaeng ship~

I watched ep 4 a couple of hours ago but omg..I had no idea he was 20! He looks well into his twenties.

The show is pretty good to me. I have a hard time trying to figure out if I should feel sympathy for the main girl or guy character. They both were in the wrong and the obvious causes of the end of their relationship, but I can't help but side with the main girl. But I'm loving the show's so far.

Its hard to side w/ anyone bc we get to see their internal thoughts/regrets so you see that no one is really in the wrong. I like it that way though

I think they were both in the wrong. She married him for the wrong reasons, but I think she really loved him despite that. And he didn't really show her much consideration, I think. I'm starting to side more with her tho, because she seems to realize a bit more that she was also in the wrong and she shows a bit more regret. He's also a bit too petty imo.

He is petty for real. But then I remember why he became so bitter and I just start feeling so sorry for him. I agree with you on siding with her. For god sakes, she worked her ass off for him (and possibly lost her baby? ) and he didn't support her enough.

OMG HE IS A 93'er SOMEONE PUSH ME OFF A CLIFF. why am I older than him??? To be fair though he looks really old for his age. Still would though. I'm watching it and liking it so far. I love Lee Min Jung so I give all her dramas a chance and hopefully I can stick with this one. He's really cute in it. I already ship the noona romance.
