i need romance 3 was good but honestly couldve been better (or i just cant get over my bias for namgoong min who played a dick in this and slight unreasonable dislike towards sung joon).
i love potato star but its a long ass daily sitcom and not everyone has time for that, even tho its just ~25 mins everyday, and the subs arent up to date.
the only public broadcast drama im watching rn is empress ki and golden rainbow. both are pretty heavy and maybe not that great but i watch the for ji chang wook and jung ilwoo-uee respecitively.
im not into much more heavier dramas like the new sbs shows, and i dont think ill be watching doctor stranger as well.

totally OT but, has anyone seen/read The Washington Post today? I was shocked to see Kim Soo Hyun and Jeon Ji Hyun on the front page. Their photo is on the main page of the website too! lol totally random

I think it's probably how it's captured the Chinese audience to that point that it's getting compared to homegrown dramas. Grass is greener etc.

But one thing I will say is that apparently they're finally looking at censorship. if Mainland China wants to become a player on an international scale when it comes to entertainment, they need to sort out censorship.

It's a battle of succession so it's good but well battles of succession don't typically end with everyone alive you know...also there is a time travel element involved.

Gyuri is definitely better but I always had the impression that she's been neglected by DSP in favor of Hara and Seungyeon,
although she got the ethereal look like Song Hye Kyo.
Seungyeon's so unappealing to me, way too childish and immature hence I don't like her characters, well her acting is bad anyway..

Its only 15 mins per episode plus trust me, you can fast forward female lead solo scenes. The plot is really kdrama level of predictable and I personally watch it for eyecandy~

That drama had a slow start, like first two episodes were that great but it got better. Male lead is less of a dick now but he still has his shortcomings and it fuels the plot rn.
