Star Empire screws up again: Eunjung leaves Jewelry + Will add new members and comeback!

Jewelry denied rumors of disbandment after Kim Eun Jung's withdrawal, announcing that they will make a comeback soon.

Star Empire Entertainment staff claimed that “Kim Eun Jung will leave the Jewelry because of contract termination. Jewelry will regroup with new members and make a comeback this year. They are not disbanding”.

Jewelry first debuted with Discovery in 2001, and with the withdrawal of Jung Yoo Jin and Jung Eun Mi, Jo Min Ah and Seo In Young joined original members Lee Ji Hyun and Park Jung Ah to bring the group to stardom.

Lee Ji Hyun and Jo Min Ah”s withdrawal after a few years led to a new Jewelry with the addition of Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung; in 2011, Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young announced their withdrawal, allowing Jewelry to receive Park Se Mi and Kim Yewon.

if baby j leaves and doesnt go into solo stuff ill be so disapointed shes so talented and people do not talk about her nearly enough. I listen to rhythm ha so much still. and the show where they showed her diary she wrote raps in which was so full but star emp never uses them? i doubt theyd let her put out a mixtape. its so messed up.
i love yewon too but she doesnt really need to be in music her appeal is in variety
and semi is ok but SE dont promote her and she doesnt shine like jooyeon. i hope the new girls arent awful... hot and cold and look at me were both great songs.

Which former members, aside from Seo InYoung, are still noticeable players in music? I listen to their old stuff and there is this strong vocalist in the group (not InYoung) that I want to check out, but can't find. I've looked up all their past members and the only one with substantial music put out is Inyoung. She is the only member that I can find who is still making it.

i don't know the 2 other original members but i think the one you may have heard with a strong voice could be park jung ah. she can SING but i think she prefers acting... which is sad considering her beautiful voice :(

Eunjung once came to my country to do volunteer with KOICA
and I got to talk to her a little bit, she was really nice and as well as talented.
It's so sad that they're doing this but oh well.. It's already something normal for
Jewelry to change members so easily.
I'm gonna miss her!

Agh, just noticed this. I really liked this line-up. I liked their second one a little too, but I loved this line-up more. And members? If they are more than just 1 and no one else leaves, then this will be their first time exceeding 4-members.

Jewelry coming back would mean a 5th generation.
