Sometimes Taemin annoys me for no good reason and I don't know why. I love Shinee, I love his dancing, I like his voice, and he's not especially obnoxious. IDK. But ugh Jung Yunho flawless since birth. And Kai :') He's so lovely. I don't understand how someone so talented and physically gorgeous can be so beautiful on the inside as well. Like...a lot attractive people are perfectly pleasant but he's on another level.

god, if I didn't love Kai more than I did, this surely made me want to hug him and never let go. he's so cute and passionant I want to protect him from bad people.
and his friendship with Taemin is all sorts of adorable and I just love how genuinly happy they are to stand next to each other. (sm, how about a sub-unit with the two hm?)
Yunho is just the amazing man I always knew he was and that will be forever because he's too flawless and too perfect to be human!

I'm glad that Taemin had Shinee included in his part because his team vocal trainer Jjong was a part of that 10,000 hours of improvement for singing LOL

for some weird reason after watching it i thought of suju (which is strange bc i don't rly care for them). i always resented them for being so shitty towards kyuhyun when he joined but this video sort of explains why they were that way.

tbh, if i worked my ass off million hours a day and somebody just waltzed in with pretty much zero effort i would be probably bitter as hell. unfortunately idk i could be a better person and just greet them with open arms.

When think of Kyuhyun's debut experience and I'm glad that the long term trainees like Suho, Kris, and Kai welcomed Chen, Tao, and Baekhyun to EXO

i think their hard work paid off in that they all got rly exposed (or over exposed) to the public. (just remembering kai's 8945748 teasers)
it seems it's a bless and curse. ppl can dislike 'talents' so fast. but i really don't think sm's strategy to repay hard workers with exposure will be a good motivation down the road. they can foster 85738945billion beautiful and hardworking kids..but sometimes it doesn't take away the fact they don't have it in them..the talent i mean.

in taemin's case i rly respect how far he came and ofc it's justified he gets more lines when his singing improved so much. but he's still far behind jong and onew..and maybe even key (in terms of stability/consistency). and that's where his over-exposure could be deadly to his singing-career, i think. ofc he will work harder to become better, and he will have a bright future no matter what. but i rly doubt sm's practice of pushing their idols in directions they're not made for. it's not to say they will never achieve smth great through hard work...it's just the public does not always repay the hard work with love (sry i'm thinking of minho's dramas rn: while he did get a rookie award i think? the public didn't care for his acting at all). and that's where idols need to learn to draw a line. it could crush them..hard.

Wow this was really inspiring.

I was not ready for that trip down the memory lane for their con, and them appearing wearing school uniforms and sang hug TT already had tears in my eyes at that point, and then suddenly he walked into the practice room and saw footage of himself from when he was a trainee and just.. the look in his eyes really got me. I wonder what it's like to be the future you, standing and looking at the past you, knowing that you have achieved and gone far beyond what that past you used to worry about. JUST MY DAMN FEELS IDK IF ANYBODY UNDERSTANDS BUT... and ugh when he started talking about never taking the easy way out, I realized how I've gone lazier with the years and always chose the easy way out the past year or two.. it shouldn't be like this.

ngl, I sat on my bed and actually cried at Yunho and their 10th anniversary footage. I'll forever have a huge soft spot for the group that brought me into kpop so many years ago.

Jongin, you precious precious thing. I don't know what it is about him that is so endearing but like I find all of his answers during interview so genuine and heartfelt. I was just watching this mini-documentary about him and saw his answer to the question "What will you see when you climb to the mountain top?" was "next mountain" and that "there won't only be one mountain when you get to the top." That was such a deep and thoughtful answer.

Seeing that documentary and this cut, I just have a massive overload of feels for Kai right now.

That little snap of Kai is 2007 audition contest was everything.
All this people can be a inspiration for anyone, and this is just another reminiscent that live as idol is even tougher outside the stage/public act. I had been wasting 2 years now, so I should use documentaries like that as a wake up call.
