G-Dragon highlights a smoky eye-line… “Sexier than girl groups”.

Big Bang member G-Dragon has disclosed his selfie. On the 13, G-Dragon uploaded a photo taken at an advertisement shooting of a cosmetic brand for which he is working as a model, on his Instagram.

In the photo, G-Dragon is wearing a thick smoky eye-makeup and impressive hair style with a mixture of different colors. Plus, G-Dragon’s simple look with a white t-shirt and suspenders is catching eyes.

Internet users who saw the photo said, “Is G-Dragon shooting a new ad? I’m looking forward to seeing it.”, “G-Dragon is so charming”, and “G-Dragon, the gorgeous”, etc.

Actor Yeo Jin Goo Confesses He Is A Huge Fan of G-Dragon

Actor Yeo Jin Goo recently confessed that he is a huge G-Dragon fan!

On February 16, Yeo Jin Goo revealed to MBC’s “Section TV Entertainment News” that G-Dragon was his favorite artist, and even recorded a video letter for him.

On that day, Yeo Jin Goo was asked, “Which girl group is your favorite?”  He started off by listing off groups saying, “I like Girls’ Generation and 2NE1. I also like miss A…” And then he unexpectedly confessed, “But to tell you the truth, I like Big Bang hyungs the best.”

“I especially like G-Dragon the most,” he admitted shyly while laughing. When asked to send G-Dragon a video letter, he said, “G-dragon hyung, I don’t know when we’ll get to meet in person, but when we do, I hope we become close!”

In related news, Yeo Jin Goo also revealed in the interview his ideal type, role model and demonstrated his talent for vocal mimicry.

if it's marketed at women then that's indeed a bit weird; though perhaps it's also marketed at men. The percentage of men wearing make-up (other than idols) is probably negligible though so I doubt it a little.

I think getting male endorsers have more to do with the idea that these male celebrities would like a woman who wears makeup from a certain brand. And for some it's also about getting the fanbase (mostly girls) to buy the prpduct they are endorsing. And for gd who is known for being stylish, it makes the brand look like it's something that style icon like gd would use upping it's value.

I think it's very common for SK guys to wear bb cream. I remember when I did my WDWCP all my Korean guy friends wore it, but then when one of the guys started to wear guyliner the Korean girls thought he was ~weird~ Sadly I didn't get to see him with it on TT_TT

I don't know if it's true but I've heard that some Korean/Japanese guys use make-up, bb cream and all that stuff. Their mentality is just different from the western mentality. For example in my country, guys are side-eyed only for wearing hydrating cream so it'd be even worse if they wore make-up but Korean/Japanese culture is different because lots of girls like the "pretty", almost effeminate type there so wearing make-up or creams aren't seen as something weird.

Same where I live, guys are side-eyed for wearing chapstick in winter, like seriously! And almost no one really takes good care of their skin, like my bff mom who is a beautician literally nags her teen son everyday to use toner to wash his face.
Girls too, I presonally don't wear much make-up because of very sensitive skin but I have lots of girlfriends who think it's okay to sleep in make-up. General skin care, except for putting make-up on, is frowned upon. I spend like 15 minutes every evening and morning on doing step-by-step skin care routine and I can see improvement but when I tell my friends how I do it, they are all like 'why do you use more than toner...'. My mom's generation was taught that using face creams etc will make your skin lazy and that's a total bs...
Boys here don't really care for their skin etc, expect for shaving and occiasional use of Nivea cream when it's cold.

That's because the beauty standards in most of western countries are still too cave-like. If a guy takes good care of his skin and appearance in general he's considered "not manly" and therefore "effeminate" and people feel disgusted at that. The thing is that not only guys have that mentality but girls too.
And ew @ sleeping with make up. That's so bad for skin. I'm like you and I also take a good care of ny skin every morning and every night before going to sleep.

That reminds me to a classmate who used to say: "I wouldn't date this guy because he's prettier than me and I want to be the pretty one in the relationship" but at the same time she was like: "fugly/basic guys, ew".
