my topic for today is crushes and how stupid they are. so tell me about stupid crushes or funny stories about crushes you have had.

- I had a crush on one of my coworkers. This ended when I was invited to his birthday party, met his girlfriend, got into a fight with him about creationism vs. science, and had to instruct him on the appropriate usage of the word "mulatress" (that is, not at all).

-I had a crush on a different coworker at a different job. He walked into the room and my jaw literally dropped. He was gorgeous and so much fun to talk to. We actually went to a couple of shows together. Then he moved back to Iowa and stopped returning emails and texts.

- I crushed on the same guy through most of college. When I finally told him he told me that the world I lived in wasn't commensurate with reality.

-The guy I crushed on when I wasn't crushing on the guy above was gay.

-My most recent crush was on a guy who streams on twitch.tv. Despite having followed him for months prior to telling him how I felt about him, I failed to notice that he is short-tempered, mean, and casually sexist.

-I crushed on the same guy through most of middle school. One day he announced that he liked one of our classmates, who was 4'9", 90 pounds soaking wet and a gymnast. She was, in short, my physical polar opposite.

-I crushed on a DJ once. We flirted for weeks until he finally talked me into sending him a picture of myself. He never spoke to me again.

- I crushed on my host brother in Japan, which my friends back home equated to incest when I told them about it. He was very withdrawn while I was there - he stopped coming to meals, disappeared for days at a time, and even fought loudly with his parents towards the end (it was scary to hear them like that). His male friends were afraid of me and wouldn't come into the house after one walked into the dining area, was greeted by me drying dishes across the room, and literally jumped into the air in surprise. The one time I spent time in his room, a female friend of his made sure to show me his collection of women-with-gigantic-boobs porn.

HAPPY MUTHFRICKIN FRIDAY Y'ALL!

I had an awesome Friday. I got a promotion at work!!!! More $$, not much more responsibility since I've been doing the work anyways...they just finally gave me the title to go along.

Sucks though, cuz I have to keep it a secret until it's officially announced by HR. Urgh! I'm going out with one of my bff's who I actually work with, but I can't even tell her :( So I'm sharing here b4 I burst!

And I'm sooooo ready for the BTS comeback! Countdown 53:15!

I thought finally living on my own meant I could dance/exercise/sing to my heart's content without bothering anyone! FINALLY! I can let lose and relieve stress through music and movement when I get home!! ........NOPE.

My floor creaks HELLA loud into the apartment below mine and I can hear neighbors talking quietly through the walls. Basically, I have yet another year of "sitting silent and still or risk social conflict" ahead of me. -___-

Hopefully all these February comebacks will put me in a better mood.

This reminds me of when the neighbours went on holiday and left the keys to our family. I'd steal the keys, sneak in to the house and then have full blown musical numbers up and down the stairs. Ahh youth.

I really hope Feb puts me in a good mood too because I feel like kpop has been lacking excitement for me, the only thing I've truly enjoyed recently is Winner TV.

I won a book on Korean Sports from Arirang radio last month, and it got to me a few weeks ago. It's a very interesting culture book. It included information on some of the famous South Korean Winter Olympiads, and with the Winter Olympics going on now, it is extra interesting information.

Just watched a couple of got7 videos and bambam makes a really good radio guest. He knows how radio works! He always made reactions and replies at everything the DJ says like "yes" "wow" "cool" "looking forward to that". There's literally no quiet second because he always answers with little quips and it's so endearing because even the korean members dont do it. Mark is the complete opposite but he's cute so all is forgiven lol

Vixx bbs seemed to have gotten quite some rest and free time to go around Paris. They had a 3 day break to see family for lunar new year before the flew for cannes. And this week, they were spotted doing touristy things around Paris, and heck yeah for the fact that there's no fantaken pics of them enjoying their free time. JF can be crazy some times but i always appreciate how there's always breathing room for the boys to chill when they go outside of the country. They're travel schedules seem so lax, arriving to the country a fews earlier or leaving days later. None of that, fly to the place ton the same day of performance and leave the first thing the next day,

Oh wow I actually made it kind of. FFA was late today wasn't it? Anyway I'm pumped because I gave in and pre-ordered Bangtan's new mini. I was going to just buy it on itunes, but my inner fangirl was taunted for far too long this entire week. I won't be satisfied with just the digital copy. ~_~

But to get free shipping on YesAsia, I had to buy two more things. XD I had been doing so well. I hadn't bought anything from them since 2010, because Korea discovered itunes lol. Buuuuut my j-rock has been lacking recently since Japan shuns itunes. So I got Alice Nine's kinda new kinda old cd 9, and flumpool's equally new/old cd Experience. Then I also got TVXQ's Tense album from itunes and a handful of randoms just because I had a giftcard. And...yeah. My music spree has abated...for now.

Was trying to be productive, but I keep getting distracted and reading the Chiyahara Furu manga (sp?). Almost done with that. I'm thinking I'll marathon a good chunk of Dexter season 7 tonight too. Okay now I'm just rambling, but whatevs. FFA!!!
