"10 years ago, I joined KARA's agency. During my training period for Rainbow, I received an offer from the company to join KARA, which would mean that I could debut right away. I rejected the offer because I knew that the Rainbow members together would be successful. The members are like family to me so I don't regret the decision at all." Hara and Jiyoung took her place.

Im curious too. Because i loved the first bloom. I actually really like kara's music before the member change. When they came back with rock your body and pretty i hated life so much. Then they came back with sexy fierce concepts which i loved.

The very first person that popped into my head to join KARA after Nicole and Jiyoung left was Jaekyung lol because of her Japanese language ability and other things. Though I imagine that KARA atm needs more younger sister type just to balance the group out since they already have two big sisters, Gyuri and Seungyeon. Idk Jaekyung has the vibe of a big sister to me.

Korea seems to treat them like most other girl groups, but for some reason they are really polarizing internationally.
it's either you like them, pity them, or hate them it seems.

Oddly enough, and slightly unrelated, same thing is kind of true for May J. people miss her hip hop days so she gets a lot of hate from international folks.

the netizen comments don't seem too bad this time around, though they may be more positive just to criticize Kara.
I still think they get around the same or more hate internationally, which is different from groups like, say 9 Muses or most boy groups.
