Lunafly Gets Crazy Overseas + LukieBeat Fansign and Concert Fancams

For the fansign fancams, Sam wasn't there because he was sick in the hospital with early stage of an appendicitis. There was even an interview of him while he was lying in his hospital bed getting an IV shown. He even felt so guilty about disappointing members and fans that he cried and went against doctor orders to perform at the LukieBeat Concert the following evening.

My heart broke when I heard Sam was in the hospital and when it was announced it was due to an appendicitis. Can you believe Nega's boss had to force him see a doctor after his Super Kpop schedule the day he got back from Indonesia? Btw, he didn't get surgery; I believe he went the antibiotic route.

It's another Lunafly cover of an Indonesian song, "Jodoh Pasti Bertemu" by Afgan (who was the Indonesian performer at Music Bank Jakarta last year). Apart from some understandable problems in differentiating between R and L sounds, Lunafly's pronunciation was so good it blew me away. The song expresses a mix of helplessness and hope that a pair of lovers would meet again if they're meant to be, and I think Lunafly captured the emotions really well. I'm so proud of Teo getting to sing the chorus and the adlibs!

Unfortunately I had to miss the LukieBeat concert due to flooding in my area, so I compensated by watching their TV appearances and listening to a radio interview. The NET TV appearances were the less embarrassing ones... they also did another TV show at RCTI which had too many loud and annoying hosts/comedians and not enough Lunafly. It did show how hilarious Teo is, he was the true mood maker and everybody loved him. Yun was adorably shy (and probably embarrassed to be in the same group as Teo, LOL) and Sam talked most of the time in English. I have faith that I'd still get to see them if (no, when) they come back to Jakarta someday, preferably at a show of their own, because "jodoh pasti bertemu" (we'll meet if we're meant to be). ♥

I'm sorry you had to miss the concert. Where you the one that sent a message to Super Kpop about missing the concert due to flooding? I remember a message like that.

It wasn't me, but I imagine there were others who also couldn't attend as many areas of the city got flooded. A pity that it coincided with the concert.

You should really get into Lunafly. They are amazing people, have a GIGANTIC passion for music, and release 95% of their songs in English. Besides, Sam is 1. from London and half British half Korean, and 2. a guy I don't think could ever make anyone's shit list. (See my next post about him ending his Arirang Radio show and a quote from the show for reference.)

That karaoke scene killed me when I watched it. i was saying that Sam needs to take responsibility for.
